I feel like in the modern world there’s very different “first dates”. A girl you met online, yeah you should not be paying for dinner, unless it’s like coffee or a drink or something which is what you should be doing with online girls anyway, that’s a complete fucking stranger. A girl that you’ve known for a while through tour social circle and you know she’s cool, a first date shouldn’t be a fancy dinner but yeah I would pay for a regular dinner. Unless you know the date went terrible, then sav…

That’s really easy to say. Most people, when actually faced with a situation like that, the only thing they want is not to die

Masculine doesn’t mean like you have to be a lumberjack and your only hobby is cars or some shit. The more feminine looking guys who maybe are into some more “feminine” things that do well with women still act masculine. Also you can’t use fucking celebrities as an argument lol, all rules go out the window in that case

None of that is “functional strength” though. It’s a different skill entirely. Fine, bodybuilders might not be able to serve a tennis ball at 100 mph, you got me.

I can’t talk at a brick wall anymore. You have no clue what you are talking about, but feel like you’ve gone to far to admit it. Just admit it, it’s ok

I’m sorry, this is idiotic. You’re the equivalent of a flat earther telling people “do some research”. You realize the backbone of all bodybuilding workouts is the squat and deadlift right? They just have to do isolation exercises too. Oh what now they don’t have functional strength because we’re comparing their verticals to fucking lebron? Are you serious? Yeah, they also don’t have functional strength because they’d lose a tennis match to Federer.

This is the most idiotic thing I’ve ever read, bodybuilders are literally judged on muscle symmetry, it’s like one of the biggest components of how high they’ll score. Find me a single pro bodybuilder that can’t do a pull up. A 400 lb squat is their warmup maybe, Ronnie Coleman was squatting 800 for reps.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/21 04:37 PM

Again, insanely idiotic comment. You know all body builders squat and deadlift right? Which is as functional as it gets. Ronnie Coleman was squatting 800 pounds for reps, you’re gonna tell me he’s not strong? Actual bodybuilders are stronger than anyone on earth outside of pro powerlifters, and that’s only because bodybuilders have to worry about remaining lean.

God this is just so fucking dumb. You legitimately believe when you work out in the gym your body says “oh these are weights, time to add on the fake muscle” vs lifting bales of hay or some shit which gives “real muscle”? Muscle is muscle. Look at the weights any bodybuilder is lifting and you can see how absolutely moronic your comment is. In pumping iron you can see Franco colombu deadlifting a car multiple times, in the 70s. And he was probably pound for pound the strongest person on earth. T…

Only if by “really fat guys” you mean “competitive powerlifters that look kind of fat because they’re huge and don’t have to worry about body fat percentage. Actual bodybuilders are stronger than anyone else. Look at the weights someone like Ronnie Coleman was lifting and tell me “some really fat guy” is gonna be stronger than that.

I seriously cannot comprehend having the fucking gall to lack such a basic knowledge of statistics and yet go around acting like you’re an expert. You are objectively wrong. If you’ve actually taken a stats class you need to get your money back

God I can’t stand when redditors parrot this small sample size bullshit they don’t understand. 1000 is not a small sample size

It is true that black women get shafted in online dating but I don’t think it’s true of other races. And the equivalent is that Asian men also get shafted

It’s literally just calories in calories out for both genders. Of course a six foot tall guy that works out for an hour every day is going to feel worse on 1400 calories than a 5’2 girl that sits on the couch

First they’re all criminal thugs that need to get a job, now they’re all trust fund kids? How many trust fund kids do you think there actually are?

Guys don’t want to put in all the time, effort, and money it takes to be a serious boyfriend for a woman that was banging tons of guys she met the same night. I don’t think anyone except the most deluded woman haters expect a cute woman in her 20s to be a virgin

That’s definitely not most men’s physical prime lol lots of 22 year olds can barely grow a solid beard yet. It’s more like 25-30

So you think if you get in a fight with someone and you knock them out you should be able to just stomp on their face until they're a vegetable? How does that benefit anyone?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/17 11:54 PM
1

I don't think there's a lot of situations where you'd be able to convince a court you needed to crack an unarmed opponents skull to defend yourself. That's most likely going to take continuous beating on their face while they're already on the ground which isn't going to fly as self defense anywhere
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/17 11:38 PM

Try that in court
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/17 11:36 PM

I mean a lot of anti depressants will give you horrible withdrawals. I'd say that means you're physically dependent

Not wanting to marry someone is not slut shaming Jesus Christ. So entitled

This is so useless and contributes nothing. It's just you furiously jerking yourself off

Women "approaching" is completely different. It's more like they come over and say something to you and hope you then take the lead. It's still on the guy to put themselves out there in the I'm definitely interested in you way.

Do you seriously think we're sitting here saying going bald will make an ugly guy attractive? Honestly you've been saying some really dumb shit all over this thread
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/16 09:37 PM

Do you really need a citation for that?

The equivalent is that you had been together for years and she had a medical condition and got a little fat temporarily so you left her.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/16 10:41 PM
2

This is so fucking stupid. It's not saying you should be able to quit your job and laze around all day. It's saying when you lose your job or you temporarily can't be the super confident guy she won't leave
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/16 10:39 PM
2

Oh good lord this is such a dumb comment. It's more like your female friend saying "I hope when I let myself go physically during pregnancy or because of a medical condition he will still love me."
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/16 10:35 PM
1

Because you were saying so many things that RPers usually say as jokes as examples of the wrong shit people say
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/16 10:23 PM
2

Is this satire? I can't even tell
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/16 09:56 PM
1

It has nothing to do with that. It's because women are more desired than men. Especially because on the internet people are usually talking about young people. Being young is a major part of women's attractiveness so the average 20 year old woman is considered pretty attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/16 08:11 PM
1

Yeah, I think the average relationship is the guy gets the girl being himself and naturally doing things she's attracted to, then it slowly goes down hill and she starts treating him like shit because he got less dominant. He got less dominant because of her shit tests and society telling him that's how you make her happy
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/16 08:07 PM

Outside of some seven feet tall benchwarmers in basketball there are exactly zero untalented pro athletes
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/16 07:57 PM
1

Because it's not like it's 50-50. There might be 10% women but they end up deciding everything
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/16 07:57 PM
1

I've never seen RPers actively try to ruin someone's life
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/16 10:22 PM
1

But that's so not true. A man who is more attractive than exactly 50% of men will still often get rejected by a woman in the same percentile. That's what people mean
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/16 08:12 PM
1

Except based on the fact you are dating he would have already done all the "game" on you and you had no idea...
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/16 06:32 PM
1

I couldn't disagree with this more. This is what it's like for men attracted to women, not the other way around. The fact that you're mocking them is what attracts them to you. Women are going to be more attracted to an average looking frat president than a great looking loser
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/16 06:03 PM
1

While it is true people throw $100 bills at me all day, I really only want crisp, clean $100 bills
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/16 12:17 AM

Yeah that's not what happened. Working a couple low level factory jobs is not the same thing
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/16 04:35 AM

An absurd level of female entitlement
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/16 07:04 PM
1

Yeah, and I'm saying it's idiotic. Also it was an elevator. You're talking about it like they were in a collapsed mining shaft for weeks or something
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/16 06:56 PM
1

You're making the argument that the problem is because he asked her out in an elevator. I'm saying that's ridiculous.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/16 06:44 PM
1

If you are a 3 and you lift until you're a 6, of course there's not going to be much difference in your sex life. Most men that are a 6 rarely have sex. You're still a lot more attractive though. It's just a function of how dating works for guys
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/16 06:19 PM
1

The 40% comes from like pre civilization days. That's the longest stretch of humanity. If you look at the last thousand years it's different but that's not enough to change our DNA
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/16 06:08 PM
1

If someone was going to assault you why would they ask you out for coffee first?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/16 06:01 PM
1

Unless women are down to switch things up and initiate everything then yeah guys are entitled to ask out whoever they want in a public place. Female entitlement is unreal
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/16 06:00 PM
1

I mean that's probably what all the people you're talking about do too, you just only see their five minutes of bitching. Your friends could all occasionally go online and do the same thing and you'd have no idea.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/16 11:11 PM
1

Do women lose half their shit when they divorce? Certainly not.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/16 05:29 PM
2

Women don't commit their resources to men though. It's the other way around
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/16 05:16 PM
1

You know who else couldn't vote and didn't own property? 99% of men. Once again women show that all but the top percentage of men are completely invisible to them
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/16 12:16 AM
1

Because you probably lost muscle. When you start to cut at first people tell you you look bigger because you're more ripped. Same is true in reverse
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/16 01:50 AM
1

Yeah because they don't eat and go to the gym a couple times a week and fuck around without pushing themselves. You remind me of that theory that "smart" people can actually be more dangerous with incorrect beliefs because they're good at coming up with elaborate rationalizations
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/16 01:48 AM
1

Because unless you have muscular dystrophy or something that just isn't true. So if you ate lots of calories and worked out a ton where exactly would those calories go? Vanish into thin air?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/16 01:44 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
