You held a relationship for a year - at 21 that is pretty good going. Sorry to hear how this ended, but this really goes to show you should have plates or a few girls on the subs bench. Don't feel bad about doing this - women do this almost by default so why shouldn't you. A tough lesson by the sounds of it, but long term a valuable one. Hang in there brother 💪

5ft 8 doesn't even strike me as being all that short to be honest. I think in the US and in the UK the average height is 5ft 9 so you certainly are not far off average. You are good enough - chin up. Women are pathetically shallow, you have proof of that. Sure you could bulk up and get a muscular physique - Elliott Hulse is 5ft 8 and looks pretty good.
