It is completely bewildering how the femicide laws have passed and been enacted in Malta when there is literally a provision in the Constitution (highest level law in Malta) that expressly provides that there shall be no form of discrimination between the various genders. Femicide is directly stating that the life of a woman is worth more than that of a man since the accused would be afforded less rights (defences) for killing a woman rather than killing a man in the same exact circumstances. It…

Honestly though, it seems that the only "negative" with Texas is that it is for the most part right wing. For me that is a massive plus. I'd much rather live with that than with people that groom children, support the trans/gender ideology without looking at the obvious consequences (especially on children), extreme sensationalism (i.e. call anyone that disagrees with their far left opinions a fascist and/or incel) and lastly extremely immature that believe whatever lies and shit leftist politic…

The argument of emotion openness is such a flawed argument. Society has progressed and men are in fact being much more open about their feelings and emotions. Long gone are the times when the typical strong man was one who never cried or broke down. Yet, back in those times, when men locked their emotions much more than they do now, were far less lonely then they are now which makes me think that the author's argument about the skill deficit is just plainly wrong.

Maltese political leaders and feminists are exceptionally idiotic. Not only were they on board with this undemocratic and sexist mechanism but now they have pushed and implemented femicide as a law and it literally applies only for female victims. They could have gone with a gender neutral version of it but nope they did not. The life of a woman in Malta is now considered as more important than that of a man by law. The biggest issue is that no one seems to care hence why crazy feminists are run…

She was so afraid that she recorded him with video with barely any effort to hide it and when he figured it out that she was recording she laughed. But sure go ahead with you false claims of the she-devil being being scared.

Meeh. PN also agreed with this bullcrap. They support both femicide and the gender quotas. Both main political parties are shit.

Yep, as I said in a previous post that Malta has become infested with feminist bullshit. A bill has also been introduced for the implementation of femicide in the criminal code whereby killing a woman would net you a harsher punishment with less defences as opposed to killing a man. And it can only be perpetrated by men against a woman. It is blatantly sexist and basically boils down to saying that a woman's life is worth more than that of a man.

I think it mostly has to do with most women being disinterested in the MP position. Whenever a charismatic woman with great merits tries to contest for the election she manages to get elected, sexism has nothing to do with it. Hell, one of the most voted for MP of all time is a woman and she was also the most preferred to be Malta's prime minister, however she did not want such position. Her name is Miriam Dalli and quite honestly I do not really see what is so special about her that makes peopl…

Yes it is as bad as it sounds. Seats in parliament are given to women who have not gotten enough votes to democratically be elected. Take a look yourself: https://lovinmalta.com/news/malta-officially-passes-gender-quota-bill-with-unanimous-parliament-approval/

You literally called me a fucking idiot for saying it was not attempted murder and now you're backtracking. Also as you said actions do carry consequences, the woman in this video should have known that and she would not have been kicked if she didn't commit the action of pouring water on someone. Reap what you sow. She started it by pouring water on someone's head, he was sitting there doing nothing. Not only could pouring water ruin someone's hair style, the dude also had expensive electronics…

No, I brought an example that shows hitting someone does not always mean you are about to kill them. If he, after kicking her, continued to stomping on her head then that might be attempted murder. He only kicked her as a retaliation and stopped there. Also he kicked her in perhaps the strongest part of the human body, the back. He did not kick her in the head like mma fighters who again are not trying to kill their opponent. He was being a very diligent guy.

With your same argument any hit can end up badly. Any hit can fracture a bone if it lands badly. Does it mean that mma fighters are attempting to murder each other lmfao? No it does not. Fucking retard.

When you hit a beer bottle with something on top of it a vacuum bubble forms at the bottom of the bottle which causes it to foam up.
