Women need safe places, and men need safe places too but when you look at the statistics women-only coaches aren't a big deal. Maybe putting your hand down his pants but at the same time that’s the worst thing a woman can probably do, compared to men who can insert himself into the woman just by un-zipping his pants and pulling her skirt up ever so slightly.
