3	Exit Strategy for Beta Bux Thanks for the feedback. I didn't think about having a witness; that's a good idea. Yeah, the rental is a decent house in one of the nicer neighborhoods in town. I wasn't sure how long I was planning on living in this town, so I stuck with rentals as houses don't sell very fast around here. My biggest concern are my big toys.
