1	Are we going to see an eventual bias toward men in the workforce since more women are going to college? They will never replace us in the “blue collar” job field. 1	Are we going to see an eventual bias toward men in the workforce since more women are going to college? There will be a bias against men in the typical “white collar” job field, in order to fulfill the needs of “diversity” within a company. The blue collar job field will likely stay the same even though there are more women becoming a part of that workforce, it’s not at the same rate as “white collar” jobs.	/r/MensRights	23/10/21 08:46 PM
