I think most of the article wasn't that bad at all. Just narrow in scope. Sure, women might score a bit worse than men in some categories but they still life longer and are happier than men. As income for women rises, so has life expectation (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dr-suzanne-steinbaum/women-heart-health_b_2850852.html) and happiness (http://www.nber.org/papers/w14969) been in decline. She completely ignores this point. The truth seems to be that yes, guys sometimes earn a bit more money …

What idiot of a guy would date his second choice? It's not about the telling, most girls are pretty smart (that might be a self selecting bias on my end) and they'll notice it. Dating a second choice is going to ends in a shitty relationship.

And that's exactly the attitude that prevents you from getting dates. What girl would ever want to go out with a dude if she is second-choice? Focus on improving your life and game and go for the girls you do care about dude.

It's not about life, hopes and dreams. It's about finding a short cut towards conversational topic that I enjoy. You're spot on with the pillow talk though!

That's okay, we operate in different environments. I usually go for creating a "connection" during the first conversation, by setting up the conversation as such I give her a few openings that I can use to DHV/calibrate the rest of the conversation. If you've already done that, great! But changes are if she's asking about your job you've just met. If she has read the book (or is interested in it) we have something to talk about that does actually interest me thus making the conversation enjoyabl…

"I guess the closest comparison would be the little hamster that runs on a wheel to power a machine." "I think it has something to do with videogames. I dunno, I'm pretty baked like 90% of the time I'm at work." Those are funny and do deflect but they don't demonstrate HV or create a connection. I would try to steer the subject towards passions and dreams. Her: What do you do? Me: I just started a job at awesome company XX. In a few years I hope to be working on project YX because I'm really int…

I did it because I'm relative young, it's supposed to give a more mature and dominant look. Give it a try for a few weeks and ask for some (honest) female opinions. As far as optimizing male attractiveness goes there's not much more that you can do than going to the gym, getting decent clothes, doing some basic skincare and getting a decent photo! The rest is just game.

Read these blog posts and call a friend with a decent camera. I've been waiting until my beard is at optimal awesome levels to take a new profile picture myself. My old one is a picture of me looking angry at the beach taken 5-6 years ago when I had more hair (no time to get haircuts on vacation!) and less beard but it seems to score pretty decent!. http://blog.okcupid.com/index.php/the-4-big-myths-of-profile-pictures/ http://blog.okcupid.com/index.php/dont-be-ugly-by-accident/

Not sure why you got the down votes, there's nothing cool about drinking too much. It fucks up your game, it screws you up the next day and it rarely makes the night more fun.

I hope you're talking from experience of plowing through a number of women totaling somewhere in the mid to high double figures, otherwise you're not talking about seduction and you need to get your ass to /r/relationships. Hey Fragglemook, I've been having fun since the breakup with my ex-gf and I really do have nothing to complain about. I've also been fostering relationships with (future) doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs and statesman. I find the conversations with them often more stimulating …

I would say that the definition of an introvert is: "A person who is energized by spending time alone". With that definition you can be both an introvert and socially adept ;) Playing towards your strength is a huge benefit in seduction. Knowing what energizes you can be a a huge plus!

I am just really curious what exactly they are proud about? A lot of people confuse social skills with extroversions. There's no correlation between those two. Some of the nicest, friendliest people I know in the world are introverts, they sometimes try to hide it but you can often see it very easy. Some of the most annoying people are extroverts who do seem to have endless energy to annoy everyone around them. As for myself? I'm a hardcore introvert, I love books, I enjoy programming, I have a …

If you want an honest opinion you can PM a picture to me or ask the people at /r/amiugly. Even if you're truly hideous you should be more than able to compensate for it by being even more awesome. The only things that looks really do influence is inner-game.

Have you ever had your clothes/hair/face checked by some (girl) friends? Women usually give honest feedback if you know them (and ask for it). Changes are you're probably not terrible ugly but that you're doing something wrong. If still in doubt try /r/amiugly. You can also PM me a picture if you'd like. My hetrosexual male opinion probably isn't to valid but I might be able to pass some tips.

Any guy can go up at least three points with hard work. Go to the gym, check out /r/malefashionadvice , get a decent haircut and new glasses. Check out /r/malegrooming , etc. I'm currently in the process of doing this myself and I feel better and it has given an boost to my inner game. Even if you start as a 4 you could be a 7 within 1-2 years.

I disagree. Bad experiences will wreck havoc on your confidence, just like good experiences will improve it. I disagree. It's all about having the right mindset. You can get something positive out of a "bad" experience. Completely screwed up the first conversation? Hey, you talked to a chick/dude! Screwed up the second date? You apparently did well enough on the first date! Worst Sex ever? Oh well, that just sucks.
