Not new. It's called Balanitis , which is basically a swollen, itchy, extremely painful tip. And circumcision is the only permanent solution. My entire family works in the medical field and that's why they decided to circumcise me. Thankfully they (or maybe the surgeon who did it) opted for a very loose circumcision, which spared me from most the problems circumsized men have.

Whether or not breasts should be taboo is a different topic. But atleast in america, the culture here makes anything related to child birth and development very taboo, and it would disturb a vast majority of the population if they saw that stuff publicly. I've had many feminists tell me things like "guys aren't as open with each other as women" and stuff like that, but I can only assume none of them have ever seen a "bro". And I can't say that my mental health has been damaged by my buds give me shit for watching anime or playing Minecraft or having longer hair. Judgement is normal, but bullying has never come of it.
