I would suggest to meet there, but if she asks for a ride or something you should giver her a ride and be comfortable with the fact that you have a crappy car. Obviously depends on condition. It means a different thing to different people. As far as I'm concerned, it means being in control of your self. Don't allow yourself to be manipulated by your environment in ways that you don't like. Pursue what interests you, what makes you happy. Not being afraid of or demotivated by failure. I don't really view it as a social behavior, but rather a very confident and motivated state of mind

Getting women to leave is a problem that you can learn how to solve. Going back to a girl's place and encountering unplanned obstacles (roommates, parents, filth) can't be solved. I would rather learn to solve the controlled problem than potentially introduce new and unsolveable problems.

You probably are fairly attractive right now, from what I've heard. But being attractive is only half the battle. Work on your grooming, get in the gym, get your diet in check, etc. Once you start working to improve yourself, and start seeing results, your self image will naturally improve. You've just got to feel like you deserve these women. You're attractive enough already, so just focus on what you can do to increase your own confidence.

Just throw an open palm on her lower back when you're trying to lead her somewhere, or if it's loud and you have to lean in to hear something. It's programmed into our brains. Social pressures affect how everybody behaves, nobody is above that. Obviously not everybody is consciously looking for a trophy husband/wife to show off to their friends. But everybody is trying to prove to themselves where they "place", so to speak. Desirable people want a desirable mate. If you want to attract the type of women that are highly contested, you need to appear highly contested as well.
