Nobody’s bitching, the whole point of this post is a cautionary tale to some young readers to get the fuck out of their hometown and don’t let it fuck up your future with a little bit of ranting. But judging on your post history te gusta hablar mierda y ser un puto pervertido. Regresa a tu hoyo

I’ve been applying to jobs I actually want to work at but now it’s been anything. I don’t have an issue with her, I just feel like a loser for the position that I’m in cause I never imagined I would be here at this point in my life. Thanks for your constructive advice, Dick

She doesn’t pay all the rent, hence why my savings have been depleted. That shit happened over 4 years ago and according to my research employers only go back 3.

That’s the dilemma she’s really cool but she’s 32, we’ll into the wall, still looks good but I know there’s only a couple good years left of that. Meanwhile I’m 26 wanting to sell everything and fuck off to Vietnam for a year while this shit blows over.

Literally applied to over 50 jobs and nada. The problem is the area where I live is over saturated with overqualified “bachelor bros” who are 80k in debt. One thing I have managed to do is work my credit up to a 740 and intend to keep it there.

I know how to cook, I was learning a programming language in the meantime but my computer took a crap. EDIT: Also got my CDL in the meantime but no one will hire me cause of my shitty record. 3k down the drain.

When I say finance I'm leaning more towards the lending aspect of it. I mentioned in another comment how commercial lending would be interesting, where networking is required as well as salesmanship. Not sure how you're compensated on the commercial side but I spoke to a loan officer that works for eagle lending recently. He made 2-3% of the total loan. Average loan size is 250k in his area he does about 10 loans a month. That's about 50k a month. The catch is he's been doing it for 20 years and…

Thanks mate I'll look into all those. I've read 1984, I actually just saw the movie too while browsing amazon prime. Pretty spot on with the book.

I don't know why I get the impression computer science is more of a B type personality job.I think I'm more of an A type. Which I see finance being a better fit. It seems like a lower barrier of entry as well.

Well actually, since moving here I,ve been doing HVAC at a family members company. I've been doing it as a fallback plan in because its actually a useful skill and people will always need to heat or cool their homes. Some guys are making like 60\hr. The only problem with this is I've never been a believer of trading hours for money, I prefer the Commission/ residual income model.

Sounds easy but this could take years before making any real money, Besides I do all these things as a hobby and can't see myself doing them long term.

Yeah, the grammar thing is true. I actually started a required state course, not for real estate, but for mortgages. After I saw how much my former coworker (An uneducated country boy) was making in the finance department at the dealership I was working at, North of 150k. In loans I hear its like 2% of the total loan amount and you get to touch multiple deals. I think commercial lending would be highly lucrative.

There’s an old saying in the car business that states “there’s an ass for every seat”. Likewise I believe there too is a vagina for every penis.
