Admittedly this is very basic, and sounds like that isnt your problem. Maybe you can start by finding some clubs or volunteerism that interests you. A book club? Then just practice interacting/flirting with women of all ages. Practice flirting with no end goal at first and just see what happens. Take notes. Im sorry you have to be 20 right now. I cant imagine being young with the pandemic.

I have an inkling that many of my younger redditor friends have not mastered the fundamentals. This is in context of the OP wanting to be accepted for himself. If he doesnt want to go the peacocking route, at least smell good.
