The huge thread in /r/PublicFreakout seems split 50/50 whether the cop was justified. I think what some of the white knights don't get is that the second she slaps the police officer in the face, she instantly became a felon. Caught on camera, case closed, felony assault on a police officer. Her life changed in a second and then she gets rocked in this face like a felon. Don't fucking hit police officers and you won't become a felon and you won't get punched in the face.

They do. She threatened a defendant with not giving them a plane ticket back once.

Fuck those cars. ATS, A3, or 3-Series over that car any day. edit. My bad I didn't realize it was your car. Your car did nothing wrong.

Spitting in someone's face can cause HIV infection, dumbass.

They probably saw her hit the officer and spit in his face very clearly. Probably saw how belligerent she was acting before hand. None of which the video captures. Two sides to every story.

Correct I'm not a police officer and will never be one. Wrong she wasn't seriously injured because none of the news articles stated it. They would've if she was because it would fit their agenda perfectly. Also what she did is a felony. She will go to prison for felony assault on a peace officer. All because she decided to spit in his face. Actions have consequences and they have reactions.

Maybe you are talking more about the cops action of body slamming the 100 pound girl? Maybe he was in the wrong, I don't know because I'm not a trained police officer. I just know my own temperament. So to me the officer did use force but she wasn't seriously injured. I just know that if I was that police officer I probably would've wanted her to be hurt worse than what she actually was. She had an opportunity to leave the situation given to her by the police. She chose to stay, resist arrest, a…

I'm not a cop. I can freely use whatever force I decide to use right, wrong, illegal, if I decide to do it. If someone spit in my face and I didn't deserve it (just like the cop didn't deserve it) I would really want to cause serious bodily injury to them. Knock out their teeth, break their face, concussion, coma, whatever. You don't spit in someone's face because it has serious potential to escalate into something much worse. Some assholes are on a timer to run into the wrong person at the wron…

I think people are severely underestimating their own anger if someone were to spit in their face. I don't know what's worse, spitting in someone's face or fucking with someone's car? Probably spitting for personal health reasons but both are some of the lowest piece of shit things a human can do.

"she physically obstructed and struck an officer." Spitting on an officer is the same as punching an officer in the face in my state and many others. You get the same charge. Or just spitting on anyone is battery in a lot of states.

It was claimed in the instagram comments that she spit in the officers face. You can see a slight spitting motion right before she is thrown to the ground. Michaella Surat, 22, shoulder-checked a bouncer and an officer, then tried to pull her boyfriend out of the area. The officers told her that her boyfriend was not free to leave but that she could go. Surat remained at the scene, at which time officers said "she physically obstructed and struck an officer." http://www.thedenverchannel.com/news…

In the news article and on /r/publicfreakout people are saying she spit in the officers face. I was angry when I first saw the ten second clip, then I learned she spit in his face. Fuck that cunt, she got what she deserved. Act like an animal and you will be treated like one. Don't spit on anyone, especially police. If some drunk bitch I didn't know spit in my face, I would want to knock her fucking teeth out. edit. It's a felony. She will go to prison and be a felon when she is released. Don't …

Am I remembering correctly that at one point he told the courts he was broke and couldn't pay the hefty child support she was demanding? This was after Fast & Furious money came into play when he joined the team. When you're rolling around with the Fast & Furious crew and can't handle your child support, something ain't right.

Actually I would assume that the kids getting picked on are the skinny ones these days because most kids are probably not skinny anymore.

Not to be an asshole but why a Cayenne? I think they are probably the nicest looking SUV on the market but I would much rather have any other two door Porsche within the same price range. I'm just not a fan of SUVs. But again like I said, if you were going to by an SUV, at least you picked the best looking one imo.

The husband knew and allowed Hulk Hogan to fuck her. But apparently Hulk didn't know the husband was recording it. There has been talk on Howard Stern that Bubba might be gay.

People always like to joke about when a women molests a boy. "Was she hot? Where was she when I was in school? Dude was so lucky!" ect. This article really paints a different picture. Imagine having a girlfriend who you know isn't stable. That's hard enough as is, but imagine having one when you are 15 and she is an adult. Stalking him and forcing him to continue the relationship with threats of failing grades. Making sure he always knew their relationship could never be found out. Plus whatever…

I have much more sympathy for the breast cancer woman compared to the pregnant woman. The woman with breast cancer didn't choose to have it. The pregnant woman did choose to stay pregnant. Neither are suitable dating choices, but you can't blame her for trying to get some dick before she dies.

I think what you are doing makes every man that has been deceived into having kids by the birth control lie feel a little better. Keep up the good work.

People in that thread saying she will break up with him for lying to her, they would be pissed if he "tested" them, and the breakup will be his fault for lying. However the recent post about the girl who broke up with the wealthy man because of his minimalist lifestyle without knowing how wealthy he was. She got all upset after she broke up with him because of finding out how wealthy he actually was. My point being is to a woman you are either damned if you do or damned if you don't when it come…

What a bunch of stupid cunts. Take some fucking responsibility for your actions. Who gives a shit if she is a women? She ran her fucking mouth until things didn't go her way. Then her sister and white knight pussy cried and complained and yelled at the horrors of a women's actions having consequences. The sisters acted like a bunch of children and the man child is a despicable piece of human filth. The cop should have arrested all three of those ignorant cunts for disorderly conduct and interfer…

She pulled that same stunt the last time she hosted SNL. Went and sat in a women's lap in the audience and bullshitted with her.

Its very interesting to hear how Judge Judy says that other judges favor women basically. She says she never would have ruled against the father for custody but other judges would have. She knows the system isn't equal. You could tell she was very agitated by this women abusing the system in her favor.

Not to sound like a square but Nancy Reagen had a point. Drug culture is all around us these days. Doesn't mean you have to be part of it. Sure some drugs are worse than others. Its just that you don't have to say yes because everyone else is. If you don't want to do drugs you don't have to. Just because your friends use drugs doesn't mean you have to use them as well. The only reason I'm saying this is because "Just say no" was Nancy Reagen's catch phrase while she was in the White House.
