They are all contaminated. A while back they were researched and my favorite brand (MuscleMilk) was among the worst. It was around the time 111011 is talking about. I was really disappointed. These companies get milk from areas where the soil is contaminated. When you concentrate the contamination like it is done in a protein powder, you end up with higher than recommended heavy metal intake. I don't even use powders, there is no difference between using them and not using them.

IMO, this is more difficult than it appears. In many ways she is ideal woman (aside from fat) because she is willing to support you, raise kids, be there for your career, and you wont' have to depend on her, and she will take care of you.
