Help - Wife wants to reconlice marriage and doesn't want a divorce anymore BUT...Hi Dill, no infidelity on both sides. The reason for divorce was said because I have been a “terrible” partner. What shocked me was how quickly it happened and coincidently after a trip out of state where she spent some time with a colleague. She said she had time to thing…The week before she was over the moon that we’d purchased a house where I am currently residing. With that said, there is significant room for me to be a better spouse ( kinder, nicer, supportive…etc (her words…)) We have been… | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/08/23 08:11 AM
Help - Wife wants to reconlice marriage and doesn't want a divorce anymore BUT...Very well said man. I appreciate it. I have been so focused on “fixing” myself and the marriage, I’d totally lost sight of these points. I will be thinking about these and more. Thank you | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/23 08:19 AM

Help - Wife wants to reconlice marriage and doesn't want a divorce anymore BUT...Yes, I hadn’t considered that piece. And to your credit it does seem like she’s divorcing or at least tried to when it was convenient, i.e. when ALMOST done with her training. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/23 07:58 AM
Help - Wife wants to reconlice marriage and doesn't want a divorce anymore BUT...Sorry I still don’t understand the part about black window. I do appreciate your insight. That IS a good question. If she’s done it before it could definitely happen again. A lot to think about. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/23 07:56 AM
| -1 | Help - Wife wants to reconlice marriage and doesn't want a divorce anymore BUT...Hi Sicrm. To clarify we haven’t divorced and aren’t planning to anymore. Can you please elaborate why the post nup to share custody wouldn’t be helpful? | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/23 05:19 AM |
Help - Wife wants to reconlice marriage and doesn't want a divorce anymore BUT...I saw plenty of black widow spiders in WA state. However in the context of this forum, what does it mean exactly? | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/23 03:31 AM
Help - Wife wants to reconlice marriage and doesn't want a divorce anymore BUT...Ahh, that’s an amazing idea! Thank you Robin! I am planning to meet with a lawyer to get more ideas on things to include in a post nup. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/23 03:29 AM
Help - Wife wants to reconlice marriage and doesn't want a divorce anymore BUT...How hard will I get hit with child support and does it matter if she earns significantly more money than me? Thank you. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/23 03:28 AM
Help - Wife wants to reconlice marriage and doesn't want a divorce anymore BUT...Good question and I hadn’t considered that. She started therapy a few years ago and figured out she needed to advocate for her self. I thought we had a good marriage. But it turns out she’s terrible at advocating for her self and I am terrible at recognizing she wasn’t doing so. She’s a good human being and we (at least I) genuinely want to make things right. If possible I want to see my children 100% of the time instead of 50. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/23 03:25 AM

My wife is going on a dateI am sorry my man. That sounds painful to say the least. 😞 Although you can’t see it yet, I hope all of this will be just a blip looking back after you’ve worked on your self and have found that amazing new partner in the future. Best of luck to you and like the others said, take it day by day, hour by hour and even min by min if you have to. You will make it and with so much pain can bring opportunities to build yourself like never before. | /r/Divorce_Men | 18/07/23 01:54 PM

[33M] I've Found Out My Girlfriend's [29F] Past Is Different Than She Told Me. How Should I Approach This?Bigger red flag to me is the self centered attitude and the need to win over healthily resolving the dispute. Sorry man. Not a good feeling. | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/07/23 02:49 PM
Stuck in the sadnessI am so sorry you are going through this my man. I am there with you. My wife told me two months ago. Our stories are unremarkably similar. I hate this feeling. We will get through it. | /r/Divorce_Men | 27/06/23 07:13 AM
