I don’t understand. If it gets garnished from her pay, it would go directly to you no questions asked. If she isn’t paying or is doing something to prevent the full amount from being garnished, they’d put a warrant out for her arrest. So many guys out there sit in jail for failure to pay child support. Do you guys have child support set up through the courts or is there an out of court agreement between you two?
