That's hard to say, but I get regular complements from my plates that they really like my body. I am a bit heavy, but very strong with lots of muscle mass. I'd say I'm in the top 20%, certainly for my age. Lifting definitely improved things a lot. I'm just inside of obese bmi, but have above average muscle mass, so I'd say it's better to focus on muscles than being slim if you have to chose one or the other. I also pay a lot of attention to skin care and looking good in that sense.
