This! My husband and I are both gamers, and we had a blast running a chill Stardew Valley playthrough together.

I'm so sorry! I can't imagine much that would make anything easier, but know that you're in my prayers. I'm actually terrified to think I may be in a similar situation soon (still praying not!) I just found out there's a 50/50 chance my boy (first as well) could be born with a disease that will kill him in childhood. Waiting on the test results is agony! Take whatever time you and your husband need to hold each other, cry, whatever you feel for now.

Have you tried a calcium glucarate supplement? I went through a time when I went completely crazy during PMS like clockwork. My primary care doctor at the time recommended calcium glucarate and it was honestly like magic.

Calcium Glucarate and extra Magnesium both work wonders for me.

I went through a rough patch where I would get super crazy for a day or two every PMS time. My doctor recommended two supplements: calcium glucarate and magnesium. Taking them just before my PMS time and on until my period ends helped a ton.

As with everything when you have Aspergers, becoming a RP woman is all about approach and making it manageable. I also have mostly masculine interests and was very masculine in my appearance and personality in hs and college (mostly male friends group, into video games and tabletop RPGs). The things that worked for me: -Vetted and married a high-functioning man who also has Aspergers. …

I went through a phase where my PMS weeks suddenly got horrific like you describe. My GP recommended Magnesium and Calcium Glucarate supplements during PMS and period, and they were honestly magical. I'd definitely give both a try.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
