If men are automatically complimenting me on my body in the first message then they already ruined any chances of getting to know me. If a man wants to actually initiate a date then that’s gonna get my attention. 19	Is DMing girls on Instagram even worth it? My personal viewpoint, I won’t give a man who DMs me the time of day. Similar to my viewpoint of men hitting on me at the gym.. I think it’s a great ego boost and I’m flattered but it’s an automatic no. In my mind, I wonder how many girls you’re trying to pick up like that. Despite feeling this way, I do think it depends on how you approach it. If your first message gets my attention then I’m probably going to be more receptive.
