Are you in a position to get a part time job? There's lots of opportunities in college to do hourly work like grading homework or working tech support/customer service. This way you'll make new connections, beef up your resume, and bring in some extra dough. Otherwise consider a job off campus that fits your schedule, along with working out and studying. Congrats on dropping the drugs and seeing the big changes you needed to do. Unfortunately starting from scratch feels like a slow process like …

You need to be honest with yourself about what it is you want. If you're in a good relationship and like the girl then you find a way to get out with your girl or have a good time without her keeping loyal. Don't come in here looking for permission to cheat though. Be a man and work out what it is you want. If you're young in college, maybe you should capitalize on the opportunities and opt for the single route if it means taking a break. If you're relationship is solid and you're happy in it, f…

You executed very well for a difficult arena like the gym. I'm not sure if there's anything you could've done to change the outcome. Sounds like she was just being polite. You'll know better than I on this, but if she's real Filipina and not Americanized, her marriage and family situation are much more rigid than the typical American agreement. If you can execute that well with a single girl in the gym again you have a perfect opportunity for a date.

If you want the true hard mode, work towards being in the 20% and watch the numbers start stacking up exponentially. Even being top 30% yields good enough results to keep any guy sufficiently satisfied.

An extreme version is to get rid of snapchat. I know it sounds crazy, but it's a good cleansing move. It becomes a crutch in some situations, and a handicap in others. I know it can be advantageous, but you constantly find yourself in situations thinking, "is this a good snapchat moment?" It can also help you live in the moment and sharpen other skills. The less extreme move would be to entertain yourself with other hobbies. Don't check your phone at work. You should be working. Leave the phone …

As an experienced powerlifter, I don't recommend jumping into a routine like that to a beginner. It's important to go through the starter strength that comes with any new exercise. Focus on form and diet, and grow into the routine. Once you gain the stability and start to grow, you can begin to expand into new workouts and rep strategies. Check out other fitness related subreddits that pique your interest and read their FAQ's and general advice. The rack isn't necessary, I've always believed you…

Of course you can. Understand that diet is the most important, exercise is second. Find your way over to /r/Fitness, or any subreddit you want to align your exercise routine with and read up. Most importantly, don't give up. Stick with it god damnit. I don't care what it takes. The payoff is well worth it.

You need to remove what it is that she is taking for granted. If you back off on the time and resources, she's gonna start to wonder what's going on. If she asks point blank, tell her she wasn't appreciating it, so you decided to change things. She needs to understand that you are your first priority, and she is welcome to join your adventure. Most importantly, don't hesitate to say no, it's a very liberating word.

Let her get back to you, if she says so. You're probably looking at a hard next. Learn from it and improve. /u/2cingle has great points as well.

You need to let her know that she's trying to move things towards a direction you aren't interested in. You can do it via text if she starts pushing you via text. There's no need to soften it up beyond what it is. She's going to think you're a jerk no matter how you do it. It all comes down to your happiness. Act with an ethic. Best of luck

So the latina in her makes her a good target for a first time. They are less complicated and entitled than white american girls. Plan on doing some actual studying, you don't want to have the body language and mindset that this is all only for sex, it needs to feel natural. Once things get moving, see about introducing wine and close distance. Once you're close enough, and possibly a glass in, find that moment and don't let it slip away. Once you're there, it's all downhill. She's gonna know wha…

I take careful note of what it is that makes me feel good and boost my mood. For instance, I noticed awhile back when I ran out of multivitamins my mood tanked, i was lethargic, not good. I made a point to restock and felt better within two days. Call it placebo, but it certainly worked. Sleep diet and exercise are the biggest pillars for anybody. If I don't get in the gym 3-4 times a week and 8+ hours a night I start to sink. Much of it isn't rocket science, but we tend to overlook the simple t…

Brad Pitt effect man. No need to text her your name and meeting context. Think of it like this. If she meets Brad Pitt out in public and gives him her number, she'll be waiting for him to text anxiously, and remember the details/who it was. The best first text is to propagate whatever conversation you were having when you met. Add a detail, poke fun at a nuance she suggested, etc. That puts you right back in the energy you were at, it's very disarming. Texting name and context is an awful starti…

Treat it as you would any other potential plate situation. Avoid the bf subject in all measures, you have the right idea. Plausible deniability is the name of the game. Escalate the conversation, break the physical barrier early. Hug her on arrival, hand on the back when entering/leaving. Be prepared for resistance if things get to the bedroom. Don't be surprised if it ends at a makeout session, and she needs to crash at your place or leave early with an inevitable discussion about how she didn'…

You can't hold them to the level you hold the men in your life. They are different creatures. It helps for newbies to think of them as you would think a child, or a dog. When a child breaks something, spills, etc, there's no reason to be unreasonably upset. "kids will be kids" if you will. The best you can do is learn to manage the situation, starting with yourself and moving outwards. Isolate yourself from the damage where you can/are willing, and handle the situations with logic and stay colle…

I'll admit i didn't read the previous post. The advice still holds though, she didn't give any indication she wanted to continue the conversation. Just go through class business as usual, don't pay her a look, don't bite when she subtly tries to get your attention. If things change, she should be the one texting you, seeing what you're up to. Best of luck

Probably a lost cause. Last chance might be to put the ball in her court and go radio silent. Something like, "Let me know when you're around"

One piece of advice I follow, check all 5 senses when fixing up your apartment in each of the rooms. Make it look good, clean up laundry, dishes, misc things lying around, keep it tidy. Next, make it smell good. Have some febreez lying around, get a candle in the living area, maybe the bedroom. Feel, are things soft? Clean sheets, comforter, couch blankets, etc. Taste, have a few different types of wine, I'll typically have one red and one white, because women don't generally know shit about win…

I get the feeling you disovered TRP last week, read up on it, then tried to implement all of it so quickly and at the same time that people think something is wrong, or you're not ok. You changed too much too quickly. She's not giving off any signals in this exchange, but you definitely threw off some bad vibes.

No need to set a hard time limit on it. Just go in and come out when you feel good and ready. Make sure you will be ok with the solitude that this inevitably brings. A lot of times this includes cutting out drinking, and a large amount of social media. Use the time to reevaluate your values, reenergize some old hobbies, or just take pleasure in the simple things like watching a good movie. There's varying levels of involvement with this. Not bothering yourself with the opinions of others is what…

Do what you feel is right man. Sometimes a slump buster is the gate to more attractive women. If you're out and the alcohol is telling you a 5 is good enough for tonight, and the opportunity presents itself, go for it. We've all had those moments, but getting your swagger back is important for many reasons.

Pursue all opportunities to a degree. Even with the ugly bitches. Text this girl, practice your text game, flirt with her, etc. If she's cute, get her out for drinks, and practice your talk game and follow from there. At the end of the day you get the experience to use for reference later. You never know what you'll get from these interactions. Might get some pussy, or connection to a friend, or connections of some other kind. Even with the ugly bitches, just flirt with them, you get very valuab…

You will have a hard time finding one individual to look to for all the answers. What you can do is to look to the professionals in their respective areas, take what you like, change what you are skeptical about, disregard the rest, and study everything inbetween. For example, take speaking patterns, tonality, and humor from comedians. Take fitness and body advice from trainers, crossfit coaches, or your meathead friend (initially). Lastly, take female advice from someone who knows what they are…

It sounds like you're putting too weight into your sexuality. Let people think whatever they want, but at the end of the day, just do you. It sounds like you're more involved in the alternative/hipster lifestyle. I live in Colorado, which is second only to maybe Washington for their hipster lifestyle. These guys are by no means gay, just a lot softer around the edges than your Ron Swanson style masculine guy you seem to be measuring yourself up against. There's plenty of ways to follow TRP witho…

I had a touch of this coming up through college. The big turning point for me was recognizing that the whole competition and winning isn't the goal, it's the, "journey" if you want to put it in pseudo-philosophical terms. Take serious things seriously, and play with things that aren't serious. There aren't any stakes involved when you are out with your buddies, and if there are, either take the initiative to change that, or get different friends. It's not healthy to be in that state of mind cons…

A couple things to consider here. You aren't going to get the waitresses number and bang. If you can accept that this gets a whole lot easier. Now, that kind of thing does happen, but it's not often and a lot of times there's more at play. She works for tips, and it's her job to be nice and serve you. Be polite, but understand that it's a business transaction. This will help in more than one way. Next, and more importantly, you need to have self fulfillment outside of women. If you can validate …

Jesus man, you emasculated yourself. Multiple messages in a row without proper response, including voicemails. Gay smile emojis when trying to rebuild something that is clearly done. You came across way too desperate for her attention, if she's as attractive as you say she is, she's banged two other dudes since I started typing this and forgot your first name. It's also not nexting if your intention is to get her again in the future. Finally, if your messaging is anything like your writing style…

You're skipping some important stuff here. Did you guys ever meet up or is it all text game/tinder msg/snapchatting? With a message like this, the book says to respond with something along the lines of, "Woah woah woah... who said anything about a hookup?" This is a playful way of disarming her shit test while demonstrating value. I might not have patience for these kind of messages coming from a girl on tinder, considering your next potential hookup is one swipe away. Say something along the li…

The under 18 community interested in TRP unavoidably won't be able to take away the full message. The sub is full of college graduates, white collar workers, blue collar workers, divorced men, etc. who have a collection of stories and experience to relate the pertinent information to. I recommend to high school TRPers to look at it like a final. Put your head down, study, acquire skills, and exercise for when it really matters. You can study how a car works all day, but if you haven't driven aro…

Do your tasks well and in a timely manner. Treat them fair and they'll accept you. If they have never gotten a job because of some kind of connection they're either lying or have a shitty personality or are straight up dumb. There's no need to try to hard or put too much thought into this. You'll only end up muddying the waters.

Safety net is right. Also sounds like OP planned the date too early in the day to begin with. If a girl says she has plans later that night you need to reschedule firmly, or move on right away. It's honestly worth saving your money and time. At that point she's using you to fill a time slot and get a free beer or meal out of you before she goes and fucks Chad later that night.
