3	Petition to Create a Genetic Registry of Children in Foster Care to help dads find their kids, especially those that their mothers gave them up without putting the father's name on the birth certificate, as revenge. Even if these measures were implemented, can you really be sure that they are actually enacted? Do you really believe the government is truly going to erase all traces of the DNA when required to do so? If you suspect the det has information he is deliberately witholding then speak to your lawyer.
