Thanks man, I guess I am winning because the bond between me and my two sons has never been stronger. They say “it’s cheaper to keep her” and while I do agree, money did buy me happiness and peace.

My ex did this, then made claims I was a drug addict, I filed for divorce and custody 50/50 she thru whatever would stick. They always error on the side of caution. I was given like only 4-8 hours on Sunday’s until I could prove I wasn’t violent or a drug active. Monitored piss tests for 6 months and anger management classes. Every couple months I would have to report back and they would up the visitation little by little. Then she filed for child support while visitation was like 10-20%. I got …

I had to split them so I took the one I had prior. It sucks but the dogs forget about it sooner than you will.

Ahh the good ol’ “always” and “never”. My ex would say really fucked up shit to me to the point I really started thinking I was gonna off my self. I didn’t call it emotional abuse because everyone says that. You call her fat. And that’s emotional abuse. You never take anything seriously. You always go back to her. You never stick up for yourself. You always simp. You always provide. You never think about yourself. You need to think about yourself and your future. Just do it

You can’t pay child support for kids that are not yours you are dating. EVERY women is always looking for a man to do things for them and a cash cow. It’s in their blood. Just keep fucking her and keep her on the back burner. You don’t need to commit to anything. Always keep your pimp hand strong.

Talk to a lawyer. Your a man. She is a women. A judge will bend you over when you have 20% or less custody. Stop being a wimp and get control of your life.

You living in another state will definitely hurt any custody. You will most likely see then summer and holidays and I guarantee there’s an ulterior motive. Divorce comes she claims abandonment and then your hit with all the support she wants and for the kids your gonna get burned bad.

I took out withdrawal for a down payment on our new home. Then we separated and did taxes separately and all of a sudden she “didn’t know” how much I withdrew, trying to claim to my lawyer she had no idea and that it should be all my tax bill. It’s like where do you think this money came from to buy this house your living in?

Dating is a waste. Work on gaining value not wasting time on another leach.

If you don’t get someone to hold her accountable for her actions what message are you sending? If roles were reversed your all would be in jail no doubt about it.

Keep us updated but I guarantee something will be made as an excuse for not. Don’t get your hopes up just to have them be crushed again placing options in the women’s hands. Get a judge and an order already.

Cut her off stop being nice, have lawyer write up documents, fuck her. No it doesn’t get better it gets worse the more you actually try and talk to them. Women love drama games it will never end just cut the cancer.

Our marriage counselor therapist was a LGBT feminist and sessions consisted of wife using her as a sound board. She suggested that we take a week separation. I went to my mothers and by the following week locks were changed and I wasn’t allowed back because she was “scared of me”, even tho she tried to get me to come over for dinner with the kids twice during that week and suggested I come alone and not with my father or sister because it’s a private matter… ya right

Support money pays for things that support her. Phone and car? And car insurance? Do you want the control of checking her phone bill log? Why would you offer to pay for those things which individually each adult should have. I would cut it off or start keeping a log of all payments for shared expenses since separation date. That’s what I did and it’s up to like $15k leverage not just a phone and car leverage where her lawyer would be like, “Get a new phone plan and car” and then your stuck holdi…

Yes hope she is pulling in $$$ each month and then bam you end up getting paid support. Also women who do this have deep issues and your better off without her.

Image if a man earning twice as much wanted to keep the home and not pay any support posted there. You would get creamed in the comments.

Dude my ex took the kids to the ER 6 times in the last 3 months. For very minor bumps and scapes. Things a common parent would just clean and let heal. I read something about parents do this with kids when they cannot cope or handle them. They take them to hospitals and sit in waiting room as a way to control the situation. It seems like every weekend she has them they spend a few nights going to the ER for such minor things.

Order to pay only $2k of her $27k. I still thought that was unfair as I paid my own attorney fees $30k

I have 50:50 now and spent a year doing a “step up” plan all from mother saying kids are afraid to see me to anger issues, to drug issues, and now the final kicker that I wasn’t volunteering enough hours at their school. The judge has seen it go from keep the kids away from him to he needs to be more involved. That’s what my last custody hearing was about. I did 19 hours of volunteering of 24 in 60 days. (School has a recommendation of only 3/month) and her whole declaration was about that. So n…

My lawyer keeps saying November 2024, 3 years duration. This temporary order just went in to effect. I’m almost on year 2 since separation. My fear is this “temporary” will go beyond that.

Yes never again. I married because she got pregnant and my kids are the best thing to come out of this. Shortly after buying a new house for our family she started to feel unloved and started an emotional affair then ended up making me look like a drug addict to keep the kids away. That’s when I filed and all things had to be sold after she lived rent free in the new house while I was fighting to see my kids. Now we are at 50:50 and I’m having to pay her. It’s just painful

It’s not like I can get out of paying it. I finally have 50/50 and I make $160k. I just feel that spousal support is a joke.

Judges don’t care about all that crap. She might show a lawyer who the would try and skew things. But really though here look at my phone of a recording to a judge? Ya right. She will look childish.

She is in for a rude awakening, sounds like your gonna get all the overnights and she will be paying a boatload of support.
