Well it definitely sounds like you have the right health regime down and even if your t-levels are low it does not always mean TRT will increase your libido. I tried TRT years ago because my levels were on the low end and it was taking me 4-7 days to recover. My libido has always been good, but the TRT killed it, so I stopped taking it, and unfortunately just had to reduce my workouts.

Please don't confuse Testosterone Replacement Therapy with taking Steroids.

Why is what important?

Because It's important to know your testosterone levels, regardless of age or sexuality. I wouldn't tell a women to dismiss an underactive thyroid gland, and "just be herself" nor would I tell a man to dismiss seeking advice from a doctor regarding his testosterone levels. Among the findings, sexual desire dropped progressively with lower testosterone levels.

I would go back to the Dr. ask to see the testosterone level, you might be on the lower end of the range, but also the test may not have been accurate. I would consider taking a 2nd test to see how the results differ. It's also possible your workouts could be draining your hormone levels, but at 21 that shouldn't happen, that's more something you notice in your mid 30s. Problem is, there are millions of men with low levels, and many doctors do nothing about it. I'd press the issue or find a doct…

It's pretentious to think men think like this, I can't handle the one I have...

The irony here is (the fact that you say that) make you more attractive... But at the same time, if I dropped $$$ on a date with expectations, well then I deserve what I don't get.

For the 1st date, regardless of sex, whomever ask for the date should be ready to pay for the date. The same goes for friends, if I invite a new friend over for dinner, then I say "my treat".

It's not that older single women claim they have higher standards. It's a bit more difficult when the market place is smaller, it's full of married men, men recovering from divorce, fat-fucks, and die-hard bachelors.

I've never jumped though hoops regardless of age group, I'd also rather chase an older women who has her shit together, less drama, more life experience, all upsides to me.

This is incorrect, an ugly man who is both confident and successful can attract a high value female all day long. Also, it's women who put in more work to be attractive, not men.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
