I have a lucrative job purely so I can teach my kids what they need to be successful. I think you just answered why he speaks so favorably of it. You're not just capable of providing emotional and logistical support for kids, you can raise successful ones. Those kids will be his legacy, as children are every man's legacy. The main issue is the dishonesty. I get it, i was 19 once too. Anyone older who says they were as honest at 19 as they are now either has memory problems or sadly is still a rather dishonest person.
