You're shifting goalposts. We're not talking about top tier men and women here (aka chad and Stacy). What would it take for a sub5 man to improve his smv well enough to be considered fuckable by women? In short, nothing short of surgery, and gymmaxxing or racetransition (currently impossible) On the other hand, a sub5 woman could easily level up by applying makeup and losing weight (note how this is different from gymmaxxing: the woman doesn't need to get ripped)
