Was just going to say this. There's lots of evidence that masterbatuon is actually better for you than not, in regards to your issue. To be more to the point, Americans have has a stigma that pleasuring yourself is bad. ITS A FUCKING NORMAL THING WE ALL DO IT! Start watching again. Maybe once or twice a day, see where that gets you. Find practice girls and see if it helps.

Next time, come up with a game plan. Kinda maybe rehearse it? Also, go and plan on getting rejected. I know it sounds fucked up but that's what you're nervous about. Once u see it doesn't hurt and you'll live after, you're good to go, all the nerves go away.

No joke. Plann to get rejected. Figure out what works and doesn't. It took me a long time. No only on the initial approach, but 1 compliment, 2 say something funny, 3 can I buy you a drink? Yes great no, just walk. Honestly. Had women COME BACK after I was at a bar for a bit talking to people. You would be surprised home much the confidence to walk away is actually attractive. Tl;Dr women are complicated.
