Oh okay since this what you know and follow, then so be it. Like I said I wasn’t trying to be a dick at all, forgive my spelling of said doctors name it was late at night and was trying to just to give you what I learned. I’ll look out for these debunking of health and environmental effects of a plant based diet. A vegan diet can be a shitty diet but when I refer to vegan I mean whole food plant based diet. I’ll follow my lifestyle you do yours, time will what is proper or until damning evidence…

Okay say you got proper dna replication from animal protein, which is a new one for me. But you run the risk of health risk factors like cholesterol from animal products or the fat clogging your arteries, or how TMA from the animal protein gets converted to TMAO which helps cancer live and grow in your body. I would say the negatives out weight dna replication. I’m Not saying go full vegan because i get it, it’s hard if you been doing it your whole life. Maybe try a fuller diet from the blue zon…

What’s this misinformation you speak of? Because I’m pretty sure institutions and clinics are adopting Whole Foods plant based diets for prevention and even reversal of chronic diseases. I do agree that veganism is a trend, it’s a big turnover rate of 70% who quit in 2-3 years but you can’t discount the positive clinically proven effectiveness of a plant based diet. Since your a personal trainer maybe you think athletics is a major component of longevity? It’s has a small part of the equation, d…

Unfortunately this study lacks the strongest phytoestrogen ever discovered, 8-prenylnaringenin (8PN or hopein). Which is one the isoflavones found in beer, which has been found to lower testosterone in men. There’s only been two case studies ever that showed feminine results from eating soy, which was 18-20 servings of soy products! That’s a lot. This whole soy craze is based of two Australian chemist they found a soy estrogen affect in sheep, the dosage for humans would be 1000 liters of soy mi…

I just quit my job and ready to start to job to bake bread on sept. I already bought a home a couple years back and it practically pays for itself. I’m going for my dreams now, I want to be a comedian and a pro wrestler. Ive never been able to wrestle full time, so now I’m diving deep into it. I plan to save 2k a week to pay off my Cadillac and sell my two other cars and downgrade to a smaller gas friendly car. Going to do muy thai as well and focus more on meditation. I just turned 28, most of …

I actually met Brian banks a couple years ago. I drove him from an airport to his a new place and was going to start a new job at the NFL headquarters in Ny. He was funny and seemed in good spirits with his new life, I hope he’s doing well.
