What a completely radical statement made as if it's a simple fact. You're going to need a lot of sources to back that one up.

You're going to need to source a ridiculous statement like that.

Not sure why you were downvoted for this. I thought the same.

It actually is. You waive certain rights (like the right to appeal) by going on them, but they do hold legal weight.

By any chance, was it Alcohol EDU? If not, I took a very similar class two weeks ago for college. I was as outraged as you at some of the stuff they said. In fact, I made a post here about the point "if a woman is too scared to say no, it's still rape."

I thought we on Reddit agreed to ignore everything from the Daily Mail?

I think that would lead to a LOT of unprotected sex. No consequence for guys (I am one) doing whatever they want.

I like some of the points of this board, but some comments just make me angry (I'm a male btw.) For example, you're just assuming that she "manipulated the system". They had sex, she got pregnant. That's all you know. You don't know that she tricked him or lied to him. You know that they had sex and (probably) didn't use protection. That is the fault of both of them, not her alone.

I don't think it's a U.S. thing. At least not from what I've seen. I hold doors all the time, never heard anything other than an occasional thanks.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
