Black and white thinking is a sign of something more serious. It very rarely provides us with an accurate or helpful reflection of reality.. I hope the article I link you will give you somewhere to start. I think this is more than just how to be more open to people. You need to heal from your anger first.

Sorry, but you're posting in the wrong place for trying to tell others what to do. This is a support subreddit, I'm part of it, and I just want to talk and show support to the folks here. What you're suggesting is pointless and stupid.

I may be wrong but just by reading your post I think the reason you're miserable it's because you are not deeply connecting emotionally with your past/present potential partner? Your past may play a role on how you form emotional bond with others, but by how much? Does it involve your childhood? Only you will know. I just wish I was capable of loving another human back I think the question is, what does love look like to you? How would you love someone? no one can ever find a way to amaze me eve…

Sex dropped almost to zero Well, your wife is stressed out. She has responsibilities too. She's already mentioned to you about you not helping more. That's the answer right there. Help her, be her teammate, give her what she needs, and sex will happen more often. Remember stress kills libido.

It has been an interesting read. I understand you wanting 100% devotion from your wife. At the same time, it sounded like to me, the change in her is nothing personal against you. A newborn child requires heavy mental and emotional investment, and (I'm saying this as a non-pill POV) maybe don't think about it as hamstering, when it is more about her being worn out emotionally from caring for the kid. Obviously you know that being a new parent involves a bit of a learning curve. What I'm saying i…

I was going to say the same thing. As an outsider, it looked like the RP group is trying too hard. They presented a quantity of information, but at its core is a front to cover up a major flaw; many parts of it represents a sign of mental illness(es) that should be addressed by a professional. The RP's attempt to sound scientific and logical is amateurish at best. Majority of time the information presented display delusion, and a gap in social and emotional development.

Only a special kind of guy can be manipulated into thinking that feminism is going to take his sex, toys, ponies, and rights away; only a special kind of people would deny a diversity of societal problems including your own sexism. You can label it hamster, childish all you want, but what you are doing is projection. Clearly you can't handle the truth because it hurts your reality. Your ego is not your amigo, kid. Oh look! A Cornell study on gender wage gap!

It's a fact, it doesn't matter who observes it. It does matter. Observation done by whom? Scientists? Anthropologists? Media? You? If you're going to dish out an absolute statement that makes general statements about 7 billion people of various race, people would be very interested in seeing some good citations to back it up.

Oh yeah, I hear ya man. Here's a great article by doctor nerd love about TRP. From my personal experience, his advice works a lot better too.

Dude, roll your d20 for intelligence check. I think you're mistaking (pseudo-)sociology as biological science. Edit: added an extra word.

I agree. 2 lbs is about the equivalent of a quart of water...weight fluctuations is very normal. A person can fluctuate up to 5 pounds a day depending on many different factors, such salt intake, water retention, constipation and hormonal changes. One thing you should know is that the minimum extra weight that you see may not be an increase in body fat; it can be water, waste products or other substances that are temporarily present in the body. However, OP, if 2 lbs is too much for you. Just mo…

How do you know the motivation of both men and women as a whole? What is your method of quantification?

Thanks, man! I'll be spending the holiday with my SO, and my friend's family. So I'm pretty excited about that. :)

More of an apathetic okay. I'm pretty happy and secure with myself. Plus I have full control of my resources, so them disowning me didn't change anything.

A little background: I have a career in STEM. I'm not sure which pill I am tbh. I make enough money to give myself a good life. I was actually disowned by my parents. So a little bit about my folks... My parents are highly educated folks. They're married, conservative, non-religious, but follow Catholics-like values. Both of my parents are mostly red pill-ish. My father is a highly respected professional in the STEM industry, and is the bread winner of the family. Growing up, I was taught a lot …

Can confirm. When you learn to value yourself and take responsibility for your feelings and your own actions, you are no longer attracted to someone who emotionally abandons themselves. You are drawn to people who also value themselves and want to share love rather than get love. So you will no longer end up with someone who blames, withdraws, judges or sees themselves as a victim. You will just not find this person attractive, as they are not at your common level of emotional health.
