That is true but the woman accused him of using excessive force off camera in the parking lot, and he technically admitted to it, even though it was obviously sarcastic and he was only saying to humor her. If the woman were to attempt to sue this guy could be in a world of hurt. In my experiences with civil court judges the majority of them are lazy and just split the punishment evenly between both parties.

Were the two peoples genders reversed in this story I would say the same thing. The minor repeatedly went back to meet up with the 19 year old. It's pretty obvious it was consensual and I don't find it immoral. it's weird that a 19 year old is hooking up with a 14 year old but it shouldn't be cause to ruin somebody's life.
