A circumcised penis lacks the extra skin for the gliding motion, which creates more friction and can cause discomfort for your partner if they can't stay wet constantly. Its also important to know that the head is fused to the foreskin, and won't retract until roughly ages 6-13. For some it depends on how you were cut. most get out with a functioning penis and some extra skin so your erections aren't painful. Some don't though, and complications can come from them. lack of skin can cause painful erections, and men experience loss of sensation compared to uncut men as they age. No, it actually will increase the chance of infection and UTI during infancy after getting it done (along with, well....death, if you're one of the unlucky ones).
