Yeah, you can just buy a low mortgage property, that’s cheaper than renting a one bedroom apartment and live very comfortabley off a meager low stress job. Oh I'll make good money from my job. I don't see the logic in buying my own separate house. It's expensive as fuck with a mortgage I'd have to pay until I die and I don't need all that space for 1 person. I don't plan on marrying or having kids so there's virtually no positives to me owning that. I'd buy an investment property to rent out for money. Also, I feel like keeping my parents company. I have more than enough space as it is.
