I treat women at my work like I do men. I mostly ignore them unless it's work related. One of the girls has a tendency on the way out from work to take a moment to stretch while leaning on my desk. It's not a normal human stretch though, it's more like something a ballerina would do. While this obviously could be interpreted as blatant flirting, she's married, and the only person in the office who actively dislikes me.
