8	Good aspects of being a man? Maybe this just comes down to me not being a competitive person, but I’ve never experienced any kind of competitiveness from male friends, just by virtue of them being male. So I have literally no idea what you mean here. Maybe it’s generational? I’m 20, and all my friends have always been close to me in age, so maybe younger guys nowadays aren’t as competitive with one another? Or maybe it was just my friends not being competitive. 1	As a gay guy, whenever a MRA says we're disgusting/repulsive, it puts me off and makes me want to leave the general men's rights movement. I see. So normalisation is the most important thing to you? And, by extension, efforts to normalise and validate gay men in particular in the eyes of a majority? And that this is the issue, or the criticism being made, that MRA claim to represent the interests, and champion equality on the side of men, but don’t hold gay men to be central within that goal?
