Idk about that if she has full custody. It's an income shares model I'm not even in it yet just trying to plan ahead.

I did they only cover dependent children it's clearly spelled out.

Well chop old O'Connor up, us Irish are used to hardship.
/r/MensRights26/07/23 03:46 PM
1

She might, but if she doesn't you still have to pay, because the court can simply deem it in the best interest of the child. Isn't that grand? Look at the utopia we've created!!

I see well my condolences to them too.

I even read that to get yourself out of this, it's up to you the not-father, to find the real father! Whaaat?! How is that up to ME!?

I didn't lose a child what? 😆 How did you get that from this. I am terrified this will happen to me though.

Also if I have this job or any job, is there a way I can have that income go to the corporation and then the corporation pays me so it's not one on top of the other?
/r/MensRights03/04/23 08:58 PM
1

So you told them that you were the owner of the corporation and they didn't care? I found this article that makes it sound like they would include it in the calculation. I'll ask an attorney but I'll take any advice you have about doing this the right way thanks man
/r/MensRights03/04/23 08:46 PM
1

Yeah but unless I'm disabled and literally unable to work at that level, if I start at a higher level and then later get a lower salary, Won't they say well you could be earning that much again? I read a thread here just the other day from a guy that said that's what happened to him and they kept it at that higher level I'll see if I can find it
/r/MensRights03/04/23 08:29 PM
1

That's hilarious I was trying to research whether that would work with having a corporation, because I have fairly significant stock holdings, and I'd hate to see those included in the case. Do you know if it works to move your stocks into the corporation? Also were you the only owner of the corporation and did you have to reveal in court that you owned it? I'll do that tomorrow if it'll help protect me If it's mine I'd like to spoil her too, but I can't stand to see it go to the government and …
/r/MensRights03/04/23 08:14 PM

Fair enough but how would she know? unless the court looked into it, I don't think she would ever find out if I switched jobs. Different states and don't plan to communicate with her unless absolutely necessary.
/r/MensRights03/04/23 05:52 PM
1

thanks so, in order to be on the BC would the test need to be done before birth? Or can they add me later if the test is done after. And if she refuses to test before birth can a lawyer force that?
/r/MensRights03/04/23 05:25 PM
1

You said I ran to another state.
/r/MensRights03/04/23 02:44 PM
1

Exactly it's paying the government back for her welfare checks, and supporting her. With her track record I don't see much of my money going to the actual kid. How do I make it smoother on myself again? I don't see an option.
/r/MensRights03/04/23 02:42 PM

I already lived in another state, we were on tour together with a bunch of people

She's not reasonable and does not have good intentions. A friend of mine who knew her before I did called her a parasite.
/r/MensRights03/04/23 02:36 PM

Is that even true though I hear stories on here all the time about guys who have to keep paying the mother despite having custody. Maybe those are rare outliers but idk.
/r/MensRights03/04/23 02:29 PM
3

That's how it should be, but from what I'm reading on here I'm not allowed to just support them as best I can, the court decides this is what I could be making, and obligates me to that even if I earn less in the future which I probably will over the course of 2 decades. That's what this is about, their standard of potential. I'm not trying to be locked into a high potential obligation for 18 years, I didn't ask for this, she gets to choose to lie and say she was on the pill, She gets to choose …

She won't do it until birth, I can't force her
/r/MensRights03/04/23 12:58 PM
1

See, that's what this post was all about, their misguided standard about potential. I've earned good money before, I've had great jobs, but Right now, on paper my potential is very low as they would see it. I have no degree and low earnings. If I go through this formal training and have a good job, now my potential is high. Why wouldn't I keep my potential low for the hearing, get it set at that, and then start earning. I'm adding this to the post
/r/MensRights03/04/23 12:49 PM

Ngl It's crossed my mind, all the desirable countries have treaties or whatever where they'll come get you. I think I'd rather pay than live in south America or Africa.

/r/MensRights02/04/23 11:35 PM

Yeah. Don't even know her last name and she doesn't know mine. I really don't want to have to hire a lawyer but if I do I'm sure they'll figure it out
/r/MensRights02/04/23 11:29 PM
1

the problem is the system takes far more than what is necessary. It doesn't take 1200 or even $600 a month to raise one kid but I hear of guys all the time paying that.
/r/MensRights02/04/23 11:14 PM
2

I don't know why, is there any way I can find out since she'll certainly lie to make herself look better?

Well, I should add that the job is long haul trucking and I'll be contractually on the road for at least the first year. So I wouldn't be able to have custody anyway, until I switch to a daily gig where I'm home every night. Even then, I'm not married and ...I don't see how it would work. Maybe when she's older. As far as I've heard the courts are pretty adamant about the kid being with the mother for the first few years anyway, unless she's a complete mess, which idk, Don't know what her situat…

Yeah no way in hell I would sign it and I won't be there anyway I'm halfway across the country. Even if a DNA test shows positive I'll want a 2nd company to do one. I don't trust those places especially if I'm the only one she can find. The state wants my money just like she does. She's in Michigan as far as jurisdiction
/r/MensRights02/04/23 10:05 PM

She said she wouldn't do it until after birth. Can she just list me without a DNA test first when we weren't married I mean wtf, If that's the case then what's to stop a woman from doing that to any random person

If it is mine I do, but man she's intolerable. She has kids already in state custody, just to give an idea of the type of person we're talking about, I don't know why and didn't know that at the time. I really just don't want the mom in my life at all. But, if it turns out to be mine, yes I would probably move to her state and try to get custody. The job is one where I could live anywhere. Edit however, before you give me too much credit I will be contractually obligated to be basically away fro…

Perhaps but I'm going to respectfully bet against that and say that instead they will make a huge full-on Hollywood blockbuster type film about it. I imagine Hollywood started calling for the movie rights, about 2 days into the incident, cause it is basically a plot straight out of a disaster thriller. Women are masters of rationalization. Combined with being highly emotional, the result is that they can flip emotional states quickly like this. I fully realized this when I had my first super hot/cold relationship, that was new to me, I thought a few of my ex's were crazy, but comparatively they had actually been quite sane!
/r/MGTOW08/07/18 01:59 PM
2

And I would doubt the part where the ex is abusive too. Could be true but more likely it's just this guy trying to rationalize the fact that she's not in love with him.

Agreed people (other than divorced guys) act like they have no idea what you're talking about, and want to pigeon-hole you. I believe it's a combination of insecurity on women's part, in not feeling comfortable accepting that every man isn't desperate for them; And other men, not speaking up in public about it because (drumroll...) they're married to women! I think this is also the reason a lot of laws are the way they are. The guys making the laws have a wife in their ear at home. Are they real…

That's badass, I think a lot of men go mgtow and don't even know it. I went mgtow for about 6 years before I ever even found out it was a thing. In my case I was just was burned the fuck out on dating and relationships at about 28. Nothing horrible happened no "rock bottom" or anything, I just broke off a LTR, took a promotion in a different town, and after that I just had no desire to date, much to the confusion of everyone around me, especially girls I knew. It seems like most experts agree that WW3 would basically consist of nukes being launched, and wiping out all life on the planet. This idea of armed men storming a beach or some other land again, is pretty slim if it's on a world-wide scale where countries are just trying not to be wiped out. But personally, I hope it's more of a Fallout 4 situation, where there are some people left, with plenty of space on the freeway. Of course in my mind, I'm one of the few survivors, lol. Women love their man, the way men love that one specialized tool that's old and rusty. You kind of hate it, but you keep it around because it fulfills some specific functions that the other tools can't fulfill. Sometimes it does a job that was just impossible without it, and for a moment, you think you love it again. But before long, it's back in the drawer and you're using your new shiny tools. You don't really care about it. But you're still going to keep it under lock and key, to make sure it…

And then I remembered seeing my first big crush Brianne in 7th grade, open-mouth kissing the guy who at the time I considered to be my mortal enemy, in the packed hallway as everyone left for the day, that shit was painful. And then I think, yeah you know there's a lot of stuff that I'd probably choose to skip over. Lots of good stuff too though, I loved having girlfriends when I was young, it's later on when you have mo…

He could have been trying to minimize the financial damage. Since they are married, he probably correctly figured it would impact him financially. I didn't like that the article said he tried to get the boys father to fight, because he proposed they "meet up" to "settle this." Meet up to settle this could have easily meant a payoff or just to talk about it, I don't know why they would presume that meant physical violence, which wouldn't make sense.

Anyone can be oppressed on a micro level, stereotyped, ridiculed, acted out against, actively kept out of positions given to less qualified minorities, actively held back from scholarship opportunities in favor of people with fewer IQ points. I would say like most of these movements, it was actually necessary to a point. In the beginning when they had literally no rights and were basically property. But that point, has long since come and gone. The pendulum has swung too far, as with many other movements. For some reason, society has decided that it's unacceptable to ever just say "No" to these groups, you always have to "compromise," which means giving an inch or 3 each time and for every inch, they attempt to take the mile, while t…

Much like the Christian kid who spews bible quotes, but you know he really doesn't understand what he's talking about because he can't possibly have perspective at that age. I hear Japan's having problems getting their young men to marry. I'm guessing because they have some advanced sex robots that we don't even know about. So one would think that would free up a ton of Japanese women and actually make it easier. I'll give many of them the benefit of the doubt in that they don't want to make you miserable, but it's just in their innate being to do so. I think many women think that if their man becomes happier, that somehow takes away from the woman's happiness, which is just dumb. That was the quote that seared into my brain too. How in the world, could they not know that someone who was sure, would never say 98%. Saying "98 percent" means she does not know! Particularly since the intruder was masked, it should never be about the arbitrary number that SHE MADE UP! She should be liable, the police the county, the courts, the state should have to reimburse people when things like this happen.

IMO from what I've seen, dudes that go to hookers would tend to be more likely to be involved with drugs, and criminal activity. With pimps and disease you're presuming that because there's a brothel, there are no street walkers. If escorting is allowed, there will be pimpage, 22-inch rims, and under-the-table deals resulting in disease spread.

I don't have a problem with it morally but it's not good for society, off the top of my head I'd say single motherhood, disease, drugs, pimps, and other collateral criminal activity as top negative symptoms. But my point was that that's how the court sees her. She could easily have just said she was unemployed. Maybe judges are supposed to be above bias, but they're not. More than one of my ex's #1 excuse for everything, even when clearly, it was in no danger of at any point becoming anything resembling a fucking joke. It goes something like: She picks at me "maybe you should blah blah blah." (insert something, usually about money) Me: "Why would I do that? You're misconstruing x into y. Her: "OMG I'm JOKING!" It's like "No, if you were joking it would be funny." Her: "Well you just don't get it." Ah yeah that's it lady, despite having written standup comedy and…

God I hate HR departments. Polluting our world with politically-correct nonsense. May we know what your position is at this company, that you would be the one they come to for this?

Haha Hell yes. If you couldn't, than I guess that would, by definition be giving a fuck.

Wow, good move. The fact that it can even get that far is horrifying though. A person with less conviction than yourself, and the guy would be fucked. Given your example I guess in hindsight the thing to do would have been to try to get her to tell the same story to the owner (my boss) but my thought at the time was that *any* mention of *anything* sexual, would probably be something that most companies would want to just distance themselves from, usually by firing anyone involved whether guilty…

I had to google Incel and found articles about Alek Minassian cause I guess that was his motivation. That guy's dumb he could have gotten laid if he'd wanted to surely.

That is an interesting parallel to draw. Females are basically in charge of reproductive rights, as they choose who impregnates them. And we do have a massive abundance of everything, food, water, sex, phones, whatever, and yet no one gets along, everyone's looking to be outraged on behalf of someone else, and people have become even more tribal than they already were. So I don't know where that leaves us. Maybe we're too smart for our own good and we should be more like the Bonobos.

A man, it would have been: "A man was gunned down within moments after police arrived today to a call that he had pulled a knife on his girlfriend, when an officer asked him for his I.D. and he pulled out a black wallet. The officer said he "feared for his life" and unloaded 17 hollowpoint rounds, blowing the guy to pieces. . In other news, women are still oppressed and earn only 72% of what their male counterparts earn!" . .

God damn, you really laid it out! This seriously makes me want to go back to law school, and become an attorney solely focusing on men's rights. I imagine it being completely infuriating with the laws the way they are, but at this point one might consider it God's work. Someone has to stand up for men, this shit is ri-diculous.

Terribly sad. A couple things. First, a quick Google search seems to show that a civil protection order *can* in fact be expunged, you just need to hire an attorney. I don't know for sure if that's true, and I do trust the guy did his due diligence, and perhaps his situation was different somehow. But it's hard to believe that there's literally NO WAY to get something like that off your record, if you shell a few k out to Saul Goodman. Secondly, if he showed this very story that he wrote, to the…

"I might get married someday." "Are you aware of the dangers?' ROFL, poor kid, he had a dream and now it's like he said "I'm gonna tightrope walk between skyscrapers someday." Your wisdom is sound, it just struck me as funny, dropping heavy facts like those on some young guy. Unfortunately if that plan of marriage is in his head, it's probably ingrained in him and it may take 2 or 3 divorces for him to wake up.

And just like women, salespeople know that (most) men don't want to appear cheap, and will completely take advantage of it if given the opportunity (a woman who's working against her man, not with him). In fact the more I think about it there are a shitload of parallels I could draw between women and salesmen. Both experts at getting money out of a man's wallet.

Basically he is going for the quick easy fix, and he's right, it is easier. The problem is, he's got nothing left in the tank for you. So it's a matter of respect and compromise. You have to decide what you're willing to accept. 3-4x/wk? If he stopped the porn he could probably do that. He's being selfish. Understand too though that people have different frequencies, his might be less than yours even without the porn, and that may or may not be a deal breaker. It's typical to have sex every day …

As a guy if you asked to split dinner on a first date, I might take that to mean that you weren't planning on seeing me again. I'd almost always choose to treat the first time, but maybe suggest that we do something else after and you can get that. After the first date, I would have no problem with it. I would just take it as you being cool and not wanting to come across as a gold digger. I would alternate vs splitting. If it's a first date, chances are the guy has paid for several dates recentl…

I hopped out to help push a car the other day and was joined by 2 other random strangers. There's definitely an instinct there, men help each other out when we see that someone's in a tight spot. Women talk shit about the guy in a tough spot, and keep driving. "He's probably a cheating asshole anyway"

I'd like these women to be publicly dressed down on live national television, the way they have a congressional hearing. Make them explain to the world and everyone they know, why the fuck they think it's okay to fuck over a man's life that way. Sure they'll have excuses and justifications about how terrible he is, but the world will see, that this is what women are capable of. And that will be followed by a good old fashioned burning at the stake.

My Mom was a bit of a hippie, and I remember she got me more than one pink girl doll when I was little, yet shockingly, I did not turn out to be gay or decide I'm a woman and demand everyone call me Stephanie. Thanks to her for not being crazy enough to chemically alter me, that is child abuse. This is ridiculous. Did anyone here choose to be straight or gay? No. Case closed.

Many men would argue that having a baby is exactly what propels you into trying harder and thus earning more. I remember Francis Ford Coppola saying that in some documentary. I'm playing devil's advocate though, I agree chances are greater you'd just stay in poverty and have even less free time.

I'd be curious to read that line in the law and compare it to California. This is basically the way criminal law also works as far as I can tell. The law is written in a way that is pleasing to people, and so everyone involved in making the law nods their heads, except they put some line in that basically allows the judge to throw the book at people, and they do. Why is there such a huge range in criminal sentencing guidelines? Because they want the judge to have that ability. Why wouldn't they?…

Yeah but I'll take that trade for only having to be clean and throw on a shirt to go, anywhere. Phone, wallet, keys, done. Women? My GF tangles up the hair accessories, every single day, and she has an organizer that's supposed to help with that. That's how much time she spends doing hair, every day. Edit: dark skin wtf? not in my experience haha. You don't need 1, 2, 4 or 5 either, have some confidence.

The Bill Burr theory about football -They're not even into it, they just have to ruin it for us, because it bothers them that we can simply enjoy something simple, and be happy. We all know they phrased it as "the pursuit of happiness," because the men in 1776 knew it just like they knew it throughout history - women are never, truly happy.
