Wait, European laws keep you from seeing certain articles?

Updooted because I agree. I actually don’t know the constitutionality of the draft but I’ll look into it sometime soon. I don’t agree with the draft and I find it a violation of our natural rights.

I’d have to agree. The suicide and homelessness among men alone is far larger of a problem compared to the draft.

Why would it not be ok to be circumcised? You have no control over whether or not you’re circumcised.

This is what I don’t understand about people in favor of circumcision for religious beliefs. If a practice is so obviously backwards we should respect it? Of course not. Not respecting a practice is not the same as being disrespectful to the religion.

It’s ok to be circumcised. It is not ok to circumcise. There is a difference in being circumcised and circumcising a child. If you’re circumcised, that’s ok. If you circumcised your child, that’s not ok. We can frown upon circumcision without condemning those who are circumcised.

It’s ok to be circumcised, but it’s not ok to circumcise. It’s a backwards practice. You don’t have to respect someone’s beliefs just because they believe them. I don’t respect Christians who are against gay marriage and I don’t respect those who think it’s ok to take the tip off of their child just because it’s their religious belief. Not respecting a practice =/= disrespect.

Could you elaborate why?

Jews AND Muslims make up just 2.83% of the US population, while 77% of males in the US are circumcised. The argument that circumcision is carried out because of religion doesn’t apply well in the US when you look at the stats.

Do you honestly think being against circumcision makes you a pervert?

Plus, im not sure a slap is a great self defense move. Seems like the kind of attack not likely to incapacitate the threat.

Honestly, I don’t see a problem with the guy paying for dates. I did this all the time with my (ex) gf but it definitely becomes a problem if the girls start demanding you pay for the dates.

That’s a good point, I have a habit of disregarding the peaceful majority when the assholes are just so much louder than the not-assholes.

This was one of my first thoughts to be honest. I’ve noticed in myself that I feel almost too prideful in a way to get help from others when I’m feeling broken or down. I also have seen how women tend to come together in times of heartache and deal with their mental health problems proactively compared to men. Are men more prone to irrational solutions to their mental health problems? I still haven’t figured out why it seems that the ratio between depression in women and men is at 1.7:1, respect…

I see people from all walks of life trying to hurt and destroy the idea of masculinity, but alienating half of the population of men just seems counterproductive. Both sides have good and bad ideas and when you group the whole of one side as bad you alienate the whole of the good they can produce

Yes she did. They started the company together before he had a dime. He has said many times that he couldn’t have done it without her. Some of these settlements have been dumb like tiger Woods’ wife getting $250mil but this one would make sense. I don’t agree that either one doesn’t deserve the money they made, but the fact is that this woman helped create the empire that is amazon.

Why are we bringing right and left into this? Shouldn’t MRA be void of petty “liberal” and “conservative” politics?

This is no less sexist than saying men are the shallow sex, you’re the reason people hate MRM, grow up.
