It's not egocentric mate. It's your story. There's nothing to be sorry about you speaking about your life specially because it fits with the post.

I personally lived way more around women for most of my youth and learned way more about gender notions from women's side until my late teens. That still didn't stop the people around me to see me as a weird kid/man for being autistic. Young and old, women and men saw me as just a weak weird nerdy kid to the point I can count with my fingers the amount of times I would be treated equally to everyone else when my parents/sister weren't there to defend me. The part where we remember society role in this ends at the phrase "Society shapes them this way" and absolutely no thought is put in how to change that or anything at all. What I also find important to talk is how it is that those therapist got their degree. I always found myself stunned by the level of accepte…

For me the absolute worse time I saw this kind of ridiculous thing was a 538 article that which name is "Women Aren’t Always Sentenced By The Book. And Maybe They Shouldn’t Be" (no, this is not satirical) The article goes on to point how man are the biggest victims of the legal system getting higher punishments, coming back to prison more... but one of the points they were making was that we should be extra protective of women because they tended to live more with their kids prior to being locke…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
