They use local anesthetic and use a device to make sure they only cut a little bit of the skin. It is no way shape or form mutilation and it doesn't stop them from enjoying it. Pleasure and stimulation have involvement in the mind too, more so than just "I'm circumcised so sex won't feel good." 1	Double Standards We must be careful though, we don’t want abortion banned, just equal ground for custody hearings and alimony/child support!
