About 12-16ish pounds of that 40 is water. Second I am/was a decently tall, active young male. My main issue was over eating, I actually move(d) more than the average person by a good bit, I just ate way too fucking much. I should have acknowledged that there will always be sampling bias especially with anecdotes; I live in a more middle to upper class conservative area so overweight people are the exception not the rule around here. Unlike much of PPD, I live in an actual conservative Christian community, (primarily networked by a school + churches we go to.) Much of this post is unrealistic. First, you really have to be in the community to even really get to know these girls.
