1	Should false rape accusers be sued? The problem is the same problem as convicting rape: Now that the accused become the accusee, the same levels of innocent before proven guilty must apply. At this point, you must be able to prove that the testimony given was false, which without external evidence, turns into a he said she said situation. Being male, being nonconformist/deviant, being unemployed, talking about your personal life, having pale skin, and talking about sex are overwhelmingly seen as 'creepy'.
