I don't see this specified in the rules and guidelines. The purpose of this thread was to discuss personal mistakes in applying a general technique. Is there a better way to pose this question? This is why I hate texting. If I'm making plans with anyone who is isn't a close friend I sure as hell am calling them. It makes the commitment solid, and it's easier to read people on the phone. Text her in two days saying that you are going to call her in ten minutes. Then call her in fifteen.

Great post. I've almost headed down that path once, and know a few people that were friends that definitely well on their way to being forever alone. They were so negative towards other people, (not just women,) that I could be around them. Just a nitpick, but it is a positive feedback loop, as the action creates effect, which then creates a larger action, and so on. A negative feedback would bring the person back into balance. Barring that mistake, great post. Thanks for sharing.
