This is hearsay and not admissible as proof of the matter asserted. Utterances or writings of a party to a suit are admissions , possibly admissions against interest, and are likely exceptions to the hearsay rule. Just sayin', of course. Whether they are material or relevant is another matter entirely. The best thing in this post is the first: Listen to your lawyer.

In choosing a partner always look at the family of origin because whatever dysfunction in that family will follow you into the family you create. This.

A woman tried this in Illinois a number of years ago.. The father won . https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baby_Richard_case The case contributed to the downfall of one of the judges, too.

Vitamin D has long been prescribed for bone health, to strengthen bones. It is a precursor to, and a possible way to avoid meds for osteoporosis, a concern of silverbacks. The docs up the doses for people in cancer therapy. Here is the link to the PubMed listing of ( currently) 4160 articles in peeer reviewed journals on the topic. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=Vitamin+D+bone+health The stuff is good for you, but if it does what you suggest there would be a large number of little old …

What she did was shitty, but... If he established a relationship with the kids growing up, she would not have been able to "take" them when they finished Uni at, age what 22 or so? Knowing something about so called rich people, it is entirely possible that the big house was highly mortgaged, the cars leased and that there wasn't as much as it looked like fo her to get. I am very surprised about his belongings and his tools. That wouldn't happen in the US. You didn't mention it, but if he avoided…

Societal level forces are different, imo, from the personal action needed for a man to use Vasagel.

You are discounting the cultures in US society which see fertility as a thing of pride, unfortunately oft times without considering responsibility for the resulting child. (Most anyone who uses the term baby mama as a common descriptive would likely fall into this category) What this Vasagel stuff will do will have a proportionate increase of babies from men who take that approach and a proportional decrease of offspring from men who want to responsibly reproduce.

You are losing your desire for a specified category of women. Seek elsewhere with the appropriate modification of behavior and see if it still holds true.

Not my style. I bed other adults; they have much higher SMV and much lower risk of their coming back to metaphorically bite me in the ass. But to each his own. (FWIW, your post is a really nice triple oxy-moron. )

Stranger walks up and demands/acts entitled to me doing her a favor. I respond, Not today and keep walking. It's no different than when a street person comes up and demands or w tries to wheedle a favor,i.e., money from me. I have responded. I am not rude. I have chosen not to accede to her entitlement or demand od Child based communication. If she is affronted, tough; I remain in control. I have maintained my Adult position and response. Sounds Alpha to me.

There might be another way to look at this interaction albeit not one that was foremost in the minds of either OP or Ungrateful. There is a an older approach called Transactional Analysis. You might have encountered it from the book I'm Okay, You're Okay. As I recall, it posits that people act from one of 3 roles/positions: Parent, Adult or Child. Successful grownup interactions occur when both people are communicating from the same position. The goal is to communicate Adult to Adult . What I he…

She sounds like a ditzy POS. Even if you share custody officially 50/50(does your document say joint custody, perhaps, with primary residence with the wife?), there will always be something about who pays to support the kids. Always. This is from the Illinois Supreme Court ( slightly edited) The parties to this Cook County child support dispute divorced in 2005 and have two sons, now ages 17 and 15. In 2012, the circuit court entered an agreed order establishing the father as custodial parent an…

Spousal support is different from child support. This is what OP wrote: "Our divorce was maybe the quickest in history. She filed immediately. Agreement written and signed by both of us... just a matter of waiting on the 60 day waiting period. Judge was quick to sign off. She leaves in July, divorced before Thanksgiving. She walked away from everything. Took her debts with her. No child support. No alimony. Kept my retirement savings." I am saying that if there are minor kids, the non-custodial …

Spousal support is different from child support. The spouses can, and these days often do ,walk away with just a property split. He gets the Volkswagen, she gets the stereo etc. If there are kids involved, there is always provision made for child support. OP said he didn't have to pay child support. I say BS. In fact, if you in Illinois, even if the Dad has primary custody, if there is a large disparity in incomes between the two ex spouses, the Dad can get hit for some child support for when th…

Nice fantasy. No judge would approve a marital settlement agreement where there are minor kids and no provision for their support. Okay, So you were married to a skank who seems to be on a downward spiral. Quick break-up, but you weren't taken for any money or assets. RP is about taking control of your life and self esteem and not letting a woman take control of you. So far so good? How do you reconcile that with her getting custody of the kids and you happily not paying any child support? Yeah …

You can try two things. After any assessment or judgement mentally add the phrase " all the time , no exceptions". See if the statement makes sense to you. Particularize. Nothing pertains to "all women" or "all men".

All you guys who fathered a man child, take heed. If you are not around to raise him and he turns out to be effeminate, lack self esteem, lack self worth and self identity, its now YOUR fault not the fault of the empowered feminist single mom

This is a legal issue not a Bitcoin issue. Whether you think prenuptial agreements are a reasonable way of protecting your assets or a preemptive money grab is really the subject under discussion.

The diploma folder is from Wheaton College outside Chicago. It is a conservative Christian religious college which strongly supports traditional family arrangements and values. Here is a link to their mission statement page. http://www.wheaton.edu/About-Wheaton/Mission RP issues aside, you have chosen a photo from a group who publicly espouses traditional gender roles and family roles. These women have done what they were in all sincerity schooled to do. I am not saying the RP feminist hypocrisy…

"Every man wants to fuck many, many, many women, as much women as possible." Older female here, just passing through. Life experience shows that eventually many males want a more limited number of partners, often as few as one partner. Your algorithm does not provide for a meaningful transition from the male's standpoint. Truism: all cocks eventually flop. See ya'...or not, as the case may be.

You guys are going to need to stay on the pill ( either red or blue, take your pick) as long as "Better Quality Woman" only means " models, dancers, actresses, you know the deal." Paraphrasing Jonesbusiness ,With your theory she'll probably roll out of your way after you gained weight and lost some of your looks. Do you all keep your eyes open all the time when you are screwing an 8 or 9, if you get that far? Have fun boyo

Most states have a pre set formula for child support based o the non custodial parents income. I have not encountered support payments being changed based on the amount of custody . I have been in law paractice for 36 years. Just sayin'

Sorry if I have wandered into the wrong bar, but... Female here. When I met my husband, my overwhelming impression was that he was a nice guy. Sparks didn't fly between us, but we enjoyed each other's company. Sometimes he is an SOB, sometime I am a cunt but I still like hm and pretty much he is still a nice guy. We celebrate our 30th anniversary next month. Before I met him I was single/adult for about 8 years. I dated a number of guys, usually for average of 6-8 months. The vast majority being…
