can't speak for all of the balkans completely, and it'd depend on where you go, but as far as albanians go more than half are muslim so thats a hurdle right there. even the orthodox ones have it ingrained in them to marry albanian and not anywhere else, and most of the countries there are more traditional where its not as easy to get laid compared to western ones. Some of the men can be overprotective about the hoes.
