I heard this in the voice over from the tootsi roll pop commercial.

I'm of the opinion once the sentence is completed, in a perfect world, that's the end of it. We don't have a perfect world, and we know things happen to some prisoners. We also know people are given harsher or less severe sentences than needed sometimes. I'm very glad about the sentence they received, for example. Not that it was a high chance anyway, but it means they'll never be near my family.

You're the one empathizing with the murderers, but not the victim or family. If it was your family, you'd be dreaming of ways of getting back at them, even if you wouldn't admit it.

I think it's partly this, but also partly the fact that she wants attention, and she knows this WILL get a debate. I get the feeling ignoring her would make her the most upset.

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play. How about a nice game of chess?

And how messed up is that, that it has to be done in self defense. What if you actually want kids later?

Didn't anyone see that Chris Rock stand-up? He made a really good point: regardless of how much money you make, every person who wants to get married needs to get a prenup. If the other person goes crazy over it, you know they want your money. I would think this would be a RP standard.

If you don't care what she thinks, why the whole monologue? You have really good thoughts and are articulate, but it seems to me you're spending a lot of thought and energy on someone who you don't care about. Sounds like you're trying to convince OTHERS not to care for her comment.

Good point, it'll be illegal, but only until it's government regulated.

If alimony was completely rewritten/changed/removed, I wonder how many less divorces people [women] would initiate.

I'm in my 30's, and I don't think I would deal with that stuff regardless of how old I was. How many times has your wife hit you? It's an important question. The only pendulum I see that swung too far is the one bad feminists fight for and constantly gain new ground with. You can't stop it, all you can do is restore order in your household. If you want your marriage to work, you need to lay down the law and stand up for yourself. I'm talking about the way your wife AND your step-daughter treat y…

Some of these comments are pretty harsh, but they do make a point. You seriously need to re-evaluate what's been good and bad in your life. I understand where a lot of that comes from, but there's a difference between being passive and "nice" to women like that, and taking physical abuse from them. One is meh, whatever, but the other us stupid. Re-evaluate and stop taking crap. I wouldn't want to live in your shoes if that's the kind of stuff you deal with constantly. And honestly, a lot of it i…

I don't know what's worse, what she did or that quote she made. At least she served some time. It's better than what you normally see here.

Wait, I've seen this episode of Law and Order. I liked the ending of the episode better.

"We believe that the public should be held accountable for filing false reports against police officers,” Yeah, you know what? How about we hold people accountable for false reports against ANYONE, regardless of if they're a cop or not.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
