your not concerned and I just don’t appreciate how people are taking this post and spinning it about how I need to get therapy I'm sorry if that's how you're taking what I've said. I am actually advising against therapy. And no, I wouldn't pay for it. You're a stranger and my husband and I already have 3 kiddos. But that doesn't mean that I (or the other posters) don't care. Best of luck to you. I truly do hope that the path you choose helps you. :)

Well I hope you find what works for you, man. I know BB and Chronic both have tips/advice for dating and get plenty of action. But I'm also a mid-30s woman whose been married for 13 years. I'm not exactly in it for the dating lol. (So, my view may be skewed). I'm glad you're trying to get help/get better/get happy rather than killing yourself. I hope you find whatever it is that's worth living for. I'm a mom, so forgive me please for what I'm about to say. I know it will likely come off as annoy…

Of course their satisfaction has dropped! Men have always been dealt with poorly. The time when men were judged purely on merit has long since passed; However, men are hardworking and industrious, and they don't mind getting overlooked in a lot of regards as long as they can respect themselves. That 5% drop is likely BP guys getting RP'd and realizing how bad off men truly have it (especially in regards to fatherhood and relationships). Women had it great. We could be stay at home mothers or law…

Have you ever read anything from any of those philosophies? Or had an actual conversation with anyone who lives by or abides by those philosophies? Do you believe feminism is a valid philosophy that requires independent thought?

I'm a woman, but here goes: PUA - interpersonal skills including conversational skills, putting your best self forward, pivoting from one person to another to build up yourself, them, and/or the situation, salesmanship skill etc. as applied in dating. While a lot of PUA have devolved from the higher status it used to be (build yourself up and know social skills to doing whatever works), the skills are sill worth having and work for sales, too. TRP - understanding human nature, natural relationsh…

This breaks my heart to see. It says he was a member of the LGBT community and the group of girls had him wearing a corset at the sleepover. All he did was ask to touch 'a boob'. And the group admitted that they were all sexualizing each other. Would not be surprised that they had hoped to see his penis and when he did not or could not perform, he was ostracized. Y'all are saying if it was rich or handsome, but he wasn't an ugly kid and he seemed to be popular with a bright future. He was their …

This is going to sound silly, so I apologize in advance. Just know, please, that I'm not being a jackass. I used to do peer-to-peer counseling. I tried my best to help boys and men who had been through trauma. Lost a lot of great guys, but at least they always said bye. They all had one thing in common: they told me a) there was no help for them professionally and b) I was the only one trying to help them. Be prepared when you go to therapy, counseling, or phycologists/psychiatrists that most of…

I am a woman, but have a similar story (from the opposite perspective). I used to work at a big chain store as an overnight stocker. It was a labor-intense job and I had some of the heaviest aisles (relevant). But I liked the work and the people. One night the guys for produce never came in and we had a huge shipment. I was on good terms with the boys there (I was much older and these were 18yo kids). They knew I could lift and so they asked if I wanted to help pull produce in (large, heavy pall…

I was surprised about that, too. I actually got into The Sims late in life (ha). I started on Sims4. My husband and I played it with our (at the time) 2 kiddos. It was fun, and it was interesting to see the kind of adults they wanted to be at the time. Now we play it with our 3 kiddos. It's not a big deal, but it was shocking to me because I always thought Sims was supposed to be aspirational. Literally, you can be the person you want to be - even if it's a freaking mermaid. No kidding, when we …

Even if this were true; so what? It might actually HELP him with any potential lawsuits to show that she is literally a professional gold digger. OP, if this is true, hire a PI IMMEDIATELY to see who else she's been seeing and scamming. Could be that if she gets outed in the SB community for causing problems and slinging lawsuits, that she might lose some of that backbone. Start collecting evidence of any expensive habits, suspicious texts, any proof of infidelity, proof that she is a SB and tha…

I'm not a lawyer, but I've worked for plenty of crappy people who scared new employees by bringing up that we live in an at-will state. This means that you can be fired for pretty much any reason, any time. Do you guys live in an at-will state? Just fire her.

I'm sorry that you got hurt, but it sounds like you got out relatively easy and unscathed. (No kids, no splitting assets, etc.) Not to discount your feelings, it's just things could get so much worse if it had gone further. She messed up and showed you her true colors before she could take you for a real ride. I mangle quotes and who said them, but a dictator in China once said, about allowing a capitalistic society in their communist state, that you have to let people grow like crops before you…

I absolutely agree. I hear a lot "He's good but he's not Ex." or "I love him, but Ex was better in bed." or "He's great, but Ex made me feel cared for." You should be the best that your LTR/wife has ever had. Even if you're only the best in her eyes. However, the body count thing doesn't just apply to having a sexual partner preference (way of doing the deed). It also ruins a woman's ability to have a good and healthy relationship on an emotional level.

A lot of women are anti-abortion. Exactly. To the woman bringing it up: Supporting men's rights doesn't mean you have to agree with the men whose rights you are supporting. Just like supporting free speech doesn't mean you have to agree with what's said. I hope there is something else at play if you really think women are turned off of basic human rights over something so little as an opinion. Personally, I think the women were likely banned or got tired of Reddit. Reddit isn't he most male-frie…

The movement that shall not be named on Reddit has really been helping wake people up. As has absolutely idiotic legislation proposals (like during birth and afterbirth abortions). When people hear facts, and those facts sound so crazy they have to research them to see if they're true, it changes a person's whole way of looking at the world. When a boy is raped and charged for it, and someone sees that, they can't see it as men are getting away with crap. They're forced to see that if not equal …

I've not seen any studies about this exactly, but I have been in business and I've had to write about similar things. And it really does make sense from a business standpoint. Anytime any market is flooded with employees, the wage goes down. It has to. How else can you hire more people? And a lot of companies look at it this way: If I pay you $20/hr to do the job and you're the only person to do it, okay. But, if I can pay 2 people $10/hr each, then I get twice the work done for the same price. …

Men are unfairly criticized for everything lol. In terms of sex, it's being used as a weapon to make men more controllable, therefore their sexual drive and urges have to be considered bad so that they conform to the manipulation of their "masters". Example: If you're not allowed to have sex, relieve yourself, pay for sex, watch others have sex (porn), or read about sex - then the only outlet you have is the outlet you're given. That outlet is controlled by propaganda. You aren't allowed to not …

When men's rights and women's rights are partisan, a stand should be taken. Feminism got its foothold because people wouldn't take a stand. Any time someone said "This is wrong and it's going to lead to something awful." Someone else would pop up and say, "Well not all of it is bad. Why don't we just agree to disagree on the rest?" Or they would just beat them down by saying things like, "If you disagree with feminism, you alienate women." ("If you disagree with left wingers, you alienate other …

It might explain some aspects of feminism. That's what I was thinking as I read through your post. Because 3rd wave+ are just insane. They don't just not like guys, they don't form attachments to their own children. They are repulsed by even attractive guys; seeing only the top 1% as bangable. (A lack of drive could be made up for with an extreme; the guy is so attractive they couldn't help but want to.) Women didn't used to be this way. We're built to fall in love with the man and to build him …

And you can't even go grab water from the store because of the dang plastic, now lol. I know it's not funny, but you gotta laugh or cry. I know that there are some places like Natural Grocers and Whole Foods (at least here) that sell glass gallon bottles. They can be pricy at first, but at least you could avoid some exposure. I wonder if those water purification tabs would work on clearing out medicines?

You're getting down voted because this is a male space to discuss male issues. Literally anywhere/everywhere else, people discuss female problems. Men have been telling women that the pill is bad for them for decades - and they get called misogynists, sexist control freaks for it. Everyone already knows what you're prattling on about. It is VERY common knowledge. What OP posted explains a lot of "unexplained" issues men have been facing. It acknowledges a problem, and it is astounding because it…

You can start recording the sounds when it starts up. If you want, you can even "trace" the sound by recording you walking to that apartment and recording the resulting noise. Record what she says. You can also work on befriending him, and just being open. Don't push one way or the other - you will push him away or make it worse for him at home if wife finds out. There are harsher ways to deal with it; calling CPS with the evidence of her being abusive and loud. Calling the cops with noise compl…

That depends; do you want to teach her, educate her, and help her turn away from the lies she's been fed her whole life, or do you just want her to f off? I had a debate with a chick a while back. She was saying that men are oppressive, that they only use women to do work, that they hate women, etc. etc. So I brought up that almost every modern convenience was created by men for women to make their lives easier. Why bother making it easier if you hate them so much? And even if it were about fitt…

To what extent is it normal for men to reject women? Is being rejected by men more humiliating, less humiliating, or similarly humiliating compared to the reverse? Have you ever been rejected by a man you liked? How do you think you handled it? I am not sure what normal is anymore in regards to dating and relationships. A lot of norms have been smashed lately, for the worse. I think that it's more humiliating for women. Women are emotional, illogical creatures compared to men. We tend to think w…

I'm sorry to make this brief, but I'm a bit busy atm. I did want to show you this; I'm sure it's something you've seen already. But this is just one clinic that specializes in HIV IVF (plus they have a surrogacy agency they work with). I'll pray for you. My cousin has AIDs, so I know (maybe not first hand) how difficult that makes life. He caught it similarly; partner lied until he got tested and found out that he had AIDs. Then his partner came clean and said he'd had it for years. They're still together, but that takes a level of forgiveness I'm not sure I could achieve. (They actually got married, but he's also gay, so he said it was just a consequence of the lifestyle.) I do agree about trusting but verifying. That comes i…

Ashwanga (sp?) is a natural herb that helped me when I was struggling with depression. I recommend it because it was safe to take while breastfeeding and wasn't mind-altering or prescription-based. I'm also not a doctor, though, so do with that info what you will. I hope that you find more and more ways to lessen the misery. Eventually you might just wake up happy. I'm glad you're not letting it kill you - literally and metaphorically.

It does seem that way, blaming them all the while. Wish she'd seek help at a church or mental health facility. At least then she might be able to grow and stop blaming men for all her problems.

That's a fair point. I still had my "v-card" when I met my husband, but he had definitely played the field. I did straight up ask him if he'd been tested for STDs! lol (And no, he wasn't offended.) I guess I come from the old school way of thinking where prenup = thinks you're a gold digger and paternity test = thinks you're a cheater. With the way things are now, those aren't necessarily true. It's a new normal because of the other "new normal" of very toxic women using men.

I agree 100% with that. There are differences, in some cases big differences. And sending women away to places where the culture thinks of them as actual second class citizens is problematic in its own way.

I'm out of the loop it seems, anyway. (AKA - you're right! lol) My understanding had been that it passed, though it seems to not have passed quite yet. I would still be concerned it would "backfire" if female draftees became a factor, as it seems that every time women are included, men suffer for it. I am concerned with women in the military period because our standards have been lowered to meet what women can do rather than what women should be doing. ( https://www.military.com/daily-news/2021/…

When I was much younger (20 years ago), I remember seeing a lot of anti-circumcision "campaigns" and I always wondered about it. I didn't have a particular feeling one way or the other, because I had always been told circumcision helped keep boys clean and I was a pre-teen far from having kids. I talked to some of the people who were running this campaign and they said that it was body mutilation and whatnot, but even they thought the pain "treatments" worked. When I met my husband, we agreed th…

Sadly, 3rd wave f got drafts for women, too. That would likely mean that they'd take whatever was owed to men and split it with women. (As if they aren't already attacking and shutting down male spaces and men's communities enough.) You'd have to repeal the draft for women first, so that the perk was retained by the sole gender enlisted against their will. (There is already essentially a ban on misogyny, so oh well.) There are some ways around the draft, but they usually involve being rich or a …

This made me sick to my stomach to watch. I'm not even squeamish, a slap's a slap. But the fact that seemingly every man from the staff to the audience jumped in to attack this guy. And for what? A shot at some roast beef none of them were going to get anyway? What happened to common sense? Why was the host not immediately pulling her away and kicking her out? Security systems. Have a camera in every room, preferably that can record audio, too. It has saved more than a few behinds. You can also just record from consent onward. In most states (that don't allow 1 party rules), the crime of illegally recording someone is lesser than any false allegation.

I'm glad you cut her out. She sounds insane and completely confused. You really can't be a f3m1nist and a MRA. F3m1nism is about female superiority (if it were about equality, it would be egalitarianism) and about emasculating men. It is an anti-man death cult philosophy of hate and segregation. Its entire crux is men suck and must do all that women don't want to do and all that women demand at all times, and if they don't they should be put in their place or put down. F3m1nism is responsible fo…

I'm sorry you're going through that. Have you tried peer-to-peer groups? Therapists and mental health professionals in general treat men less and less... manly? I don't know how to describe it. They will give you womanly ways to "help" or "treat" you, but they don't always really work for men. At least with other men who have gone through the same, they can offer you actionable, real world advice. It really is disgusting, but it's worse than that, too. There's this "joke" pregnancy site. Offers ultrasounds, pregnancy test results, and PATERNITY RESULTS for gag gifts... Except that they push the paternity results through a real clinic, meaning the paperwork is 'real', even if it is not true. This is being used to trick guys into staying longer or just believing the lies. If you're having questions, please please get a DNA test yourself. This is just sad. She genuinely wants help. But she's only doing the first part of getting help, because she has to blame men in stead of taking responsibility for that second half. "I'm ashamed, I want to stop, etc." Should be followed up with diving into faith, 12 step program, therapy - something. Not "and it's the men's fault"! She's so young, too, to be dealing with it. There's a double standard for many more legal issues than just that. Most won't make headlines. "Cracked out mother of 4 wins custody over father with steady job" is hardly something MSM is going to report on. "Teenage boy is laughed out of police station for reporting rape" won't be snagging any top spots, either. 100%. I hate that women, politicians, teachers, and simps are telling boys that they're wrong because they don't behave like girls and women. It's just wrong. They're emasculating them, killing them slowly. And the few times that women are held to men's standards, the standards are lowered. How many push ups do new army recruits have to do now, since women couldn't keep up with the real/old standard? Then they call it equality. No, it's not. It's coddling.
