But maybe if instead of WAP, the song was called “Let’s organize to participate in politics, to protect our rights”, it would have actually been empowering. 2	Daily Community Chat Megathread But what about that song, WAP? Or some records from Blackpink? Or characters like Rey from Starwars, or Captain Marvel? I thought those were meant to empower women. But women have only lost power. Women have been so busy fighting meaningless battles, like stopping JK Rowling and Elon Musk. Or calling out guys for being niceguys.
