Yes. Can you not read? I can but you probably can't since OP didn't specify the timeframe. So where the fuck should I have read that? I'm also clarifying since you didn't point it out exactly either you fucking dumbass. Yeah no need to be passive aggressive and hide behind clever tactics, I'll gladly call you a piece of shit. Obviously it's subjective So, it's exactly like I said, big arbitrary unscientific crap. The truth is, most people in the US have a very comfortable lifestyle, the standard…

I especially like your super scientific assessment of "you need to make 10k to afford children and live comfortably" 10k a day? 10k a week? 10k a year? also where have you taken these numbers from "only 10% of men make money like this" what? I'm seriously perplexed

Yeah it would require serious disfigurement to be able to get ignored by literally all the guys if your body looks like that.

Being friendly is the best thing one can do. It attracts people. To you or your business. Being friendly builds unintentional relationships that can help you move forward and it doesn't have to be exploitation. You might learn valuable intel or get valuable deals just because you're friendly. You just gotta know how to differentiate between people worth investing your time in. The most genuinely friendly people I know have the biggest social circles. It also depends where you live tho, in certai…

There used to be (by most people's standard) really ugly girl in my city and she used to be fat. Her face was really quite ugly, I mean her eyes were kinda pretty but a bit too close together, and she had a big pointy nose and very fat but manly looking lips. You looked at her and you would instantly notice her because she looked so weird. She started working her ass off and I used to see her in the gym. She got noticed a lot as you do with such face. Over the years she made her body fuckin' hot…

I don't. It's just people are often not at all rational beings and even small loss feels huge to them. People are way more motivated to avoid loss than to pursue gains. It makes sense from evolutionary perspective I mean a small dinner today is better than being hungry for 3 days not having the giant feast guaranteed afterwards. That's why most people aren't heroes but cowards. Cowards actually tend to live longer.

Depends 🤷🏼‍♂️ but it's about creating such habits that you can sustain it forever. You can eat cake if you can equate it into your calorie deficit plan. Of course macros are a different story but you can still make it work even there.
/r/TheRedPill12/06/21 01:57 PM

no question they are more satisfying however your second statement is refuted by studies which show that people on low fat diets actually tend to eat on average less calories than people on low carb diets

So to you it's completely okay to suggest that 1500 calories equates to 2000 calories to burn? Physics doesn't ring any bell to you right? Laws of thermodynamics? Nada? Do you know how much glycogen can your liver store or do you just assume that it can hold 1500 calories at any given time 😂 AND THEN MAKE 500 MORE OUT OF THIN AIR AFTER YOU BURN IT ALL
/r/TheRedPill12/06/21 12:07 PM

You may not experience any FAT LOSS in this instance of injesting PURE CRYSTALLINE SUGAR because your have just ingested easily bio-available source of energy. You body would not have to go to your fat stores to use this readily-available energy. Okay so if I eat 1500 cals in a single day and then I expend 2000 cals in the same day, my body doesn't need to burn fat because the 1500 cals can magically make up another 500 for me to burn right? Riiiight. Gotcha.

Yes that is why we have numbers for all the macros in our diet 🙈🤷🏼‍♂️ big FUCKING NEWS I KNOW!!!! But if we're talking FAT LOSS THEN YES EVEN IF YOU ATE 1500 CALS OF PURE CRYSTALLINE SUGAR AND THEN RAN FOR 2000 CALS you'd lose the fucking weight CAPICHE?

You are absolutely right. I am aware that me losing a 1000€ to cryptomarket won't break my bank. But doing it required a lot of effort on my part to even accept the potential loss in the first place. In your heart you have to lose it already to be able to invest (as you also should since it's a risk you have to account for) but it wasn't easy even when I did. It's not easy now and it never will be comfortable. It's also not comfortable to take responsibility for big fucking projects that could g…

BTW It takes more energy to break the chemical bonds of protein-rich foods than sugar-rich foods. Thus you body has to expend more energy breaking protein-rich food. this is called TEF (Thermic effect of food) and it's just a tiny portion of TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) and you can read all about it in this article: https://www.biolayne.com/articles/research/its-not-calories-its-hormones-a-response-to-dr-jason-fung/ or better yet, in Layne's book which I recommend.

I really don't have time for this. Yes the word "constantly". But you are not constantly 24 a day stuffing sugar if you eat healthy and care about your macros. Here you have some high quality research for your doctor fungus https://www.biolayne.com/articles/research/its-not-calories-its-hormones-a-response-to-dr-jason-fung/

Lol "highschool level biology" and proceeds to waterboard me with bro science. So what if insulin does that? It increases the rate at which carbs get metabolised and then it goes back down. You still ate the same amount of calories. Your body will use what it needs and also minimal amount of carbs actually get converted to fat because carbs are way better source of energy for the body and in order to store carbs as fat your body needs to spend more enegy to convert the sugars to lipids. Cico burns fat. Keto helps you with focusing on that since you eat nothing but fat. If your cico is the same on keto vs. on literally any other diet, you'll lose the same amount of weight.

I think you're either incredibly naïve or incredibly inconsiderate. Or both. You have no compassion. Yes not everybody has compassion. Why do you assume everyone is ready to risk their comfortable life? They maybe have kids or a sick parent or other myriad of reasons why they don't want to risk. Some people are very risk-averse and it's in their nature. You think everyone is able to make 6 figures? How? The economy doesn't even support that! I think that's just not true. I've seen so many unattractive men having awesome girlfriends or ome night stands. The biggest womanizers were always the most average men but they always had this ability to be 100% honestly themselves in any situation. It's very difficult to be that way because your thoughts are daring, your actions will be judged, your true self has to come into the light and admit to itself how it truly is. I know very intelligent women who would put many men in shame in terms of logic and reasoning. Generalizations like this only lead to unnecessary narcissism in men, delusions of power and stupid misogyny. that does not explain why would any woman try to be with a man who lost all of his good qualities and became a fucking drug addict. Why would any woman try to change any one particular guy she likes? How do women make decisions if they don't have a moral compass? I've seen women argue and lead better than some men. What you wrote is not accurate. It depends. My mom for example, did not tolerate stuff like this. But I think most women are really needy so that's why they tolerate it. My mom is narcissistic so she'd rather die than do that to herself. It's funny tho, because most narcissistic people are actually super needy, but overcompensate to the point of being assholes.

I had LSD and I had to quit weed (I wasn't doing it much) and I swore I'd stop smoking (which I did). I also abstain from any alcohol. I only saw on LSD how incredibly useless and potentially dangerous were drugs. I went into it with the best of intentions, with the best of people, doing tons of research on it, premeditating the session, I was going into it to learn the most. I learned shit. /r/TheRedPill21/09/20 07:15 PM

Most men are not upfront about it let's be realistic. And in these cases your intentions are definitely not "maybe it could be something more". It's purely about scoring. And yes to a certain extent you kinda have to do it because otherwise you can't get any better at it. But so what? Most people will be bad at it anyway. Does really everyone have to be THAT good at pickup? I never said you don't meet an LTR but if all you wanted was an LTR you don't need to approach 50 women a day 🤷🏼‍♂️
/r/TheRedPill18/09/20 08:55 AM
3

I never said they don't move on, but don't you think it's a douchebag move? Also this is a matter of your own character not just her feelings. all you said is you justifying that kind of behavior. I'm not judging you for it, there are way worse things people do in the world than that, and I can't see your path, everyone has their own. Plus nobody is a saint (not even saints). But like I said, one should care for their character as well.
/r/TheRedPill18/09/20 06:57 AM
12

Not everyone has the time or the need to sleep with a 100 women. 5 consistently take action because they want pickup to be their be-all end-all in life or at least a major portion of it. Most people don't want that. Also, many of the women you speak of end up with a broken heart. Not all of them view every encounter as a one night stand. Not everyone has the conscience nor desire to consistently lead women on and then let them go. So that's why your group has only five consistent members. That d…

This is simply not always true. 60 men is an absolute overkill because most women indulge in multiple year long term relationships at least 2, 3 or more times in their life so they usually get to like 10 partners and that's a pretty high number already at least in my country. Of course somewhere else it might be different.

I don't know maybe you do but for me it takes quite a lot of effort. The energy of it is not submissive like "oh I want that body so much" it's not "wanting" it's not neediness or wish, it's more like a hunter eyeing up its prey like you know you're gonna get her and you like and appreciate what you see, and in that moment, nothing what she says or does matters to you, she can feel it and it's quite powerful. My coworker tends to look away or just like tries to "hide" in a sense because she can'…

My latest thoughts on women is that they just want a guy who makes MOVES and who can do that confidently. Just show her that you like her, be confident about it, create tension and then make the move, touch her, kiss her. I think that's all it takes if she likes you.
/r/seduction25/01/20 04:20 PM

Yes, sometimes try to do "the stare" where you stare her down but you like hyperfocus on sex in that moment it will change how you feel inside and she in turn will feel it in your gaze this usually creates a lot of tension and makes girls very self-conscious and in their heads, and that's when you can compliment her to convey your sexual intentions, it's really interesting to look at the change in their faces when they notice the difference in your stare it's incredible to witness for example yo…

Yeah I'm in a similar spot. I could've done it few times but I couldn't force myself into it because I was too insecure. Nvm once you're so old that it's embarrasing to be a virgin you'll stop being afraid because the other fear will be bigger.

She ien't dumb. She knows you like her. Be indifferent sometimes. Act like you don't have time. Ignore her. If she'll chase you she likes you or at least she's missing your attention which is a good thing.

Don't look at what women say, look at what they do. So if she makes out with you, it was that easy. If she flakes on you, it wasn't that easy. It's that if you're coming part that's troubling me. Better prepare for shit tests

I fail to see why any of this is relevant to anyone here. It's not like you will ever know or be able to change anything about it, wasting time on it is the last thing you should be doing. I guarantee there's plenty of people who have it better than you and you should strive to get there. PEOPLE ARE NOT HAPPY well, people were never happier in the history of humankind so who are you to say? Yeah my sex life sucks but damn if I don't live the dream. What actually commands the most respect is being vulnerable and yet not weak, being a leader but not a tyrant, being polite but commanding, caring but also dangerous, outspoken but not arrogant and visionary and not self-serving. I could go on but you get the idea.

For all intents and purposes, it's the same thing like I said self-centeredness. If you're only interested in your own self, it's only natural you will do things only for your own benefit. But I'll cut you a slack here and give you points for the fact that you went and googled some definition, which partly says those words have different meaning, yet partly agrees with me that they're the same by reffering to egotism as egoism and also refers to almost word-to-word synonymous self-centeredness a…

I like how this advice just sounds like an exploit in a fucking videogame. "Go to the streetcorner near a restaurant in level 5 to this location, mash the jump button and eventually you'll get up and over the fence and you'll find the secret room. Reload, keep doing that and you'll receive infinite lives." lmao

Whatever you say man, I don't see any of it but suit yourself. And sadly no, those words are synonyms and you just made up the meaning to name some sort of difference, but guess what, people ascribe meaning to words, not words to people - in other words, if someone texts you "my grandma died" and you respond "lol" it won't matter that you believe it means lots of love, the world will think you're either an asshole or an idiot.

Good luck with that attitude bro. Been there done that. Doesn't work. Being blunt can work only if you don't seem desperate. Lying and not revealing everything about yourself is two separate different things. If your only concern is to fuck someone then you need to get your priorities straight and the women will tell you this (by not fucking you).

if you say no you just don't know shit about women I've read some of your responses here and your only response to everything is "be handsome" jesus I wonder how all those ugly and fat guys I know ever landed girlfriends women don't care about looks nearly as much as men it's maybe 30% they look for confidence and alpha behavior not for looks there are like a gazillion handsome virgins out there but because they are doormats they won't get a girlfriend

lol yes I'm not saying any time any day any minute but they don't want to be hit on instagram they don't want to be hit on online and if they do they still look for a very interesting guy and being interesting over text is way harder than being interesting in person every woman wants a guy who is able to walk up to her and be interesting for five minutes without making things awkward

I don't agree with these guys. You also didn't really specify how your approach is done. What do you offer them if they say no? You have to play the game, you have to be interesting (the opposite of boring) be a bit of a challenge and display somewhat confident dominant but polite (always be polite but don't be a doormat) behavior.

No. She would have to be desperate (or extremely comfortable with displaying her own sexuality so promiscuously and at the same time really attracted to you) to accept that. She doesn't want to know how it ends up. Just as much as you don't want to know if the pregnant girl wants you to end up paying for her child's college (or even that she's pregnant). Does that mean you don't want to have kids or that you're against raising a kid and paying for the college eventually? Probably not. BUT it's T…

Let's reverse this... imagine a pregnant lady (no matter how hot) coming up to you and saying "Hi, so I thought you looked wealthy, and I have no boyfriend or a husband so I thought you could pay for my child's college one day. From evolutionary standpoint, the obly thing that truly counts as resource is food. This blood sugar or ketones would be the most likely way of measuring if there is "lack of resources". So unless your stomach is empty several days in a row, your body (and therefore your genes) might as well think we live in a surplus (which we do). Hardcoding your genes for a particular area on earth would be retarded because if you relocated or the land changed humans would just die out unable to adapt to fami…

Well, this isn't hardcoded in DNA. Surplus and scarcity could and did change day to day, month to month, year to year. So claiming that there is such a thing as universal gene is not only false, but fake news. At some point you realize, that literally everyone is dependent on other people. Being completely alone is something only a handful of people can actually do. Aight buddy whatever you say. I never said looks don't matter at all. All the studies show that women are most attracted to guys who are resourceful and who can create good emotions in them. Another thing is, the guys you're talking about are usually taken. Or they lack proper conversational skills. I'm learning it and being flirty is hell of a thing. Most women want masculine men. That's just the way things are and it makes sense. Being masculine is what you want. Just because you feel more feminine doesn't mean you should not become more masculine. In fact I think it's quite the opposite.

You don't have to believe every single woman wants your dick 24/7 it's not even about that. Sexuality in this case means you put yourself out there in a confident way. If you're afraid of your own sexuality you won't hook up with anyone ever. Not being afraid of rejection, being honest, having fun all of these are way easier if you can just throw all the bullshit aside and just be all you want to be and that includes being sexual. You know it too well because you've been there, you know how it feels to be all up in your head. It styfolds you. So that's what male sexuality does to women. The reason is she knows from the get-go that you are interested in her sexually. That you are not in it for friendship especially when circumstances make it look way too friendly. In my case, I am seeing her every day. I had to make it clear before calling her out unless I wanted to call her out for a friendly chat. I had to make that distinction. Have you read my post or are you just repeating something you've read online, just for the sake of it? I'm speaking the truth from the core of my being. She is not responsible for my emotional state. She is not even considered when it comes to my emotional state. Just like anything other that happens outside of me. My emotional state is just my compass. It's something I value and care for. It's worth more than any woman ever will.

We'll see. I told her I like her. No big deal, very casual. I've just let her know I have my eye on her. Gave her a hard time the next day. Challenged her as shit. It's always about how you say it and what you do and what she's like. If she isn't into me then I don't prolly know what it looks like. Honestly if she's not into me then I don't know what the fuck. This is not how friendly interaction looks.

Be indifferent! Should've stopped talking to her after the first time she flaked. Not like a disappointed vengeful child, but like "okay you flake I don't give a shit anymore" meaning you just lost interest. All you should ever let her see is interest. Your interest in her should come and go.

Take on responsibility even outside your work. Take on responsibility for the sake of it. Get better at your work. Become the fucking master, don't view it as a chore. View it as a challenge.

"I’ve found that once you focus on bettering yourself, everything else just falls into place." so true. Can't stress this enough.

You can definitely tell her you like her. If you say it in a way which doesn't alienate her. Keep it casual don't make a big deal out of it. Add the word "today" to it so it seems like it might change. Everything needs to be as effortless as possible. You have to detach your feelings from her. Your feelings are not dictated by what she does. If that happens you have to work on yourself. Telling her you like her, especially if you show you can still walk away anytime, will actually let her know t…

She's not special but I like her. Why is it so difficult for you to understand? I never said she was special, I am not afraid of losing her or my job. I'm cool. I just like her mind and we clicked from the first moment. And maybe we didn't maybe she's just friendly (that would be a colossal mindfuck and I would seriously reconsider my game but I'm cool with it).

I live in a different mentality country. And you have to be pretty dumb to let yourself be blackmailed by such crap. For example I am one of 5 people in my work and I am pretty indispensible. I would never make any sexual moves at work but you can convey sexuality in a non creepy way. It's also a pretty easy long term game where you can be indifferent interesting and challenging. Why would I? Because maybe I like her for who she is, maybe I'm not trying to just get my dick in a hole. Abundance d…

I've read the sidebar. I've read the "don't shit where you eat". I don't give a fuck. I don't understand how it's going to interfere with my work. I'm not a fucking pussy I don't have oneitis. I't not hard for me to deal with difficult emotions. It's not going to be awkward. It's not going to cost me my job. So why is that a problem exactly? I feel no fear you're all just pussies

Dude everything you described is just pushing her away. She's mad at you bc of the fight, and now instead of taking the responsibility and apologizing once (DO IT ONCE AND PROPERLY) you keep feeling bad and apologizing over and over through your behaviors which on top of her being angry at you, makes you look weak and hardly fuckable. Ignore her if you see her out and about, let her see you, but you act like you don't see her and if you don't then at least don't try to get her attention just loo…

You also don't love yourself. You don't tell the truth. Truth isn't FACTS. If you have boundaries that's good that's kinda truth. But if it's not true to yourself then you are not being authentic. Being authentic is the key to loving yourself. Being authentic inspite of what others think will make you love yourself.

Fuck self-esteem. Bear your load. Be USEFUL. Start taking responsibility for yourself and others. That will make you respect yourself. Then attack your fears. Do baby steps towards those things you fear. You'll get stronger and will gain respect for yourself. It's insanity. It will change your life in a month.

You have to calibrate the escalation and you really have to live in abundance. Unless you live in abundance with women you will always care a lot. Abundance comes from 1. loving yourself 2. a belief you have a choice with women and your ability to get girls feel attracted to you. Just get good at calibrating tue escalation and really, if they're chasing you, why would you feel too invested in them? Drop the fake alpha and really start loving yourself. That means being yourself no matter the cost…

Yeah right? have some deep shit inside of me. I wish I could change it, but I think I'm really broken. I can't even pull it off properly, it helped, but it's just pathetic and it leads to nothing.

The human aspect is overwhelmingly there for me at all times. I can't take it out even if I wanted to. But if you feel like a mess while at home, alone just with your thoughts, you have to do something about it. Yes take the human aspect out of it. That's what jerks do. I won't become one I can be damn sure of that. But getting rid of these ridiculous feelings is something I'm never sure of.

Welcome to the club I guess. I feel the same way. I think ultimately you just need to get hurt. You need to understand deeply that getting hurt won't kill you. It won't subtract from your life. No amount of external validation will ever fix this. You have to fix this yourself. Just like getting compliments on how good you look won't make you lose fat, getting laid, looking good or being attractive won't make you feel any better about your sexuality. We have to make sacrifices. We need to stop be…

You seriously got this wrong in the head. Saying no to sex because you're busy is the most alpha thing you can do. She'll want you more because she can't have it whenever she wants. And that's right cause she can't have it whenever she wants.

Be nice to him. You'll look like Alpha 9000 if you just brush it off and keep being nice to him. If it gets annoying just sprinkle it with a bit of patronizing.

Sitting alone quietly in a middle of the room is mot alpha behavior. He may be alpha when it comes to studying but at everything else he might be beta. Just because he's a good student doesn't mean he's an overall alpha male. Being "focused on your mission" only counts of this mission is somewhat risky and troubles you. If the mission is easy then it's not a mission it's a task. Asking questions writing notes and picking dates for exam is not a mission - it's a task. Graduating - now that's a mi…

Yes that last bit is the best advice here. However I do think you're also kind of right at the start. Unconditional love is rare. It's also very rare in relationships because there are A LOT of conditions to be met to even have a relationship. But it can develop into an unconditional love. Tho it always depends on the person.

I don't know man. All of this seems to be a bit excessive. First of all, trying to guard your frame like a hawk even SOUNDS tiring as fuck. You probably have get some serious shit to do so you're afraid more in that area than her. Men should be afraid of the world because they are fighting put here for better life. That's what should be bothering you. Not her or how you watch your time to not be pleasing. That's actually manipulative (assuming ofc that I correctly read the meaning of what you sa…

30-40 sets seems steep. Less sets more weight more repetitions less rest. Rest as short as possible and try to go max anount of reps while switching between muscle groups. So you can go bench with a friend, switch each time and while he's benching you can do a set of lower back and then you both go vice versa. It's mostly about how you time manage while you're in the gym. I also said I've seen good workouts under 45 minutes not that it was easy. Realistically for most people 60-90 minutes is opt…

It's enough but I think you should be able to work it out faster. I'm not saying it's slow necessarily. Like I said put on higher weight. It's always about the balance. Just put the lowest amount of weight to your usual next time you go lift. if not for all sets or if it feels too much, just do it for the first set of reps and then follow up as usual. You don't want to stay on the same weight for way too long working it for the same amount of time because your body will accept it as usual. Body …

Spending two hours in a gym is insanity. Are you so slow that you need to be there for 2 hours??? I've seen effective sets being done under 45 minutes. You don't need to lift for two hours and anyone who says you do is just fucking with you or is not teaching you right. I can't imagine what the fuck would I be doing in a gym for 2 hours. Unless you want to beat world records, lifting for two hours makes no sense. And even then, go for higher weight, and work harder rather than longer. Also 6 day…

This is why trp can be such a bullshit. It seems to me that in some male minds here it totally derails their POV from viewing girls as human beings to a fucking numbers game (literally and oh in how so many ways you can read that pun). For girls tinder is bullshit. Have you ever been in a shop buying a fucking mayo or some shit like that and there were like thousands of options? You didn't weigh every single one because IT'S TEDIOUS AS FUCK. You picked one and if it was good you stick to it most…
