I found this helpful, thank you. I just finished Think & Grow Rich and this is a nice example of visualizing success. Foundation to achieving it imo. Good luck

Great story man, sounds like a shitty situation. My 2 cents: betas gonna beta, no reason to hate em for it. Especially if you never confronted them directly

Keep it simple at first, milk, peanut butter and protein. If that isn't good, get new protein

5&10% of HIS stock is not nearly as much as 5-10% of the conpany's stock. Still a lot , but not unreasonable

How much $ have you spent on all of this stuff and was it worth it?

Let me know if you maintain this overly complex diet for longer than a week. I have a weekly diet where I make sure I eat all my foods over the course of the week. 3900 calories, tons of proteins, costs me about $100 a week in an expensive city. I can post if you'd like. Its far easier to follow then this diet and more varied

Our society may be degenerating (U.S.), but even Rome lasted a few hundred years after it's culture started to shit the bed. I think you underestimate the massive amount of momentum that we have and human's natural instinct to preserve itself. I think the massive amount of information we have makes it easy to be a doomsayer. You have access to everything negative happening globally, but realistically, most of the world is getting along just fine. On macro terms, things may be declining (and that…

Honestly most people are looking for things that improve their immediate life. The big picture is lost on a ton of people, and it definitely is hazy to me. I figure no matter how things change, if you focus on yourself and your skills, you'll be better off than most no matter what happens.

The red are getting redder and the blue are getting bluer. Both in politics and culture through a trp lens.

Public speaking. Look for a local toastmasters club. You'll meet tons of cool and successful people, develop confidence, and become better communicator. Trifecta of rp traits and makes you a more attractive man. Plus its super satisfying, rewarding, and fun.

I didn't live in it, but I drove a beat up honda oddyssey in High School. I had plenty of sex in that thing haha, even lost my v card in it. You'll be fine, its fun. Just don't be self concious about it.

People always need somewhere to live, you'll be able to make a living if you're good anytime, but when times are great, you'll do awesome. The money making depends on what field you go into, in residential leasing (apartments), which is only available in a big city, you can start closing deals after a couple of weeks. With sales, it could take upto 5-6 months. Ton's of salaried entry-level positions in real estate as well that don't require a degree (like property management).

Real estate is a (relatively) easy field to operate ane excel in without a degree. Source: in real estate currently, some guys make up to 250k easy without degrees and the regional leaders are making multiple millions a year

I read through the first couple, you are now thinking about this cast of nobodies enough to a point where you wrote up a post about them. Actions follow words follow thoughts, and this my friend is action. Truth is in life you will run into plenty more people like this. No worth the mental space to think about em, just get ahead.

Hey man think positvely. If you spend your time worrying about how your brains programming can loop you into negative feedback, that's where you'll find yourself. If you focus on how you can rewire your brain for productive and healthy habits, you'll start to work that way. The fact that your brain jumped to the negative initially is an indication you have some work in this area! Best of luck.

Every morning I: Wake up, Shower, Get Dressed/Contacts, Make Breakfast (bacon, eggs, orange juice, milk) and prepare lunch (4-5 servings vegetables to be eaten throughout the day + protein source like chicken or beef); Take Vitamins, Make Protein Shake, Clean Dishes, Brush Teeth, Leave Morning routine is just basic stuff, nothing crazy. Get's me going, and takes about 45 minutes. Most of the important stuff is in the night routine. Night Routine: Pick out tomorrows clothes, Schedule tomorrows da…

Great as a 20 year old, you've sold me on this vision. I want a social life like this. How did you get to where you are today and what kind of challenges have you faced along the way?

Reread this with the consideration that it was satire and got a good laugh. Next time I'm in the supermarket I'll keep an eye out for hot babys near the potatoes

I love BBB. I'm about 2 months in. I started my accessory lifts at half my 1rm, and then just kept adding 5 pounds every week. I do the same with the 5/3/1 as well. Some times I add 10 pounds if the lift is too easy. It's been a great ride and ranks as one of my favorite work out programs for putting on muscle, right along with PHAT.

Thats contemplation , while a great practice, it's different from meditation. Meditation is not thinking of anything.

Great guide, thanks for linking that, I think the shit-test in question is a little weak to warrant a soft next. I would A&A first then if it came back again, I'd go with your strategy.

I'm in a similar situation, do you have roommates? Are you involved in any clubs or go to any gym classes? Lot's of ways to meet people, I'm starting to realize the art is in the follow up

Agreed, I'm a little hesitant about investing so much time into going out and getting social when I'll be in a way different part of the city in two months. But again, that's a choice I've made. I think I need to escalate more with the opportunities that I do have, and put myself out there more so I get more opportunities.

Hey dude I can totally relate to your situation. I'm college aged and broke up with my ltr of 1.5 years two or three months ago. In my experience, I would say it's totally not worth it and you should bounce. It's tough, I just saw my ex today after 2 months of no contact, and it wasn't any better than before. I'm going to get the soft next going and keep on keeping on.
