I don't come here often anymore, so my advice might not be the best, but overal, you should try asking, in seriousness, if she's actually asexual. Prioritize this. It won't "kill the mood" or anything. Just during joking, be like, "okay but I actually want to know... are you really asexual? This kinda matters." Escalation after she's told you she's asexual will result in a rapey sort of outcome almost every time. Do not rape her. That's like the opposite of seduction.

Maybe it's cause you played the race card. Does "Italian" sum up your personality or appearance better than anything else you could have thought of?

That count down thing is so fucking stupid.

DO NOT RAPE HER. Do not even come close. The way to get past LMR is not to power through it. It's to get her to want you.

Recognize that you've got it in you. This applies to most aspects of life. You've got the brain to learn pretty much anything. You've got the muscles to start going to the gym. Therefore, you can actually just go do it. You're the only thing stopping yourself. Change hurts at first, because you are both the sculptor and the marble.

not always true. sometimes, if you're direct enough (see: apocalypse opener), you look so ridiculously confident that it just works. that said, dhvs are never bad.

Computers aren't exclusively lame, it's just that it's hard to make that hobby work out. Most people are judgmental; it's an unfortunate truth. So if they ask what your hobbies are and you say, "Java," they're going to make an immediate judgment on you. This of course can later be changed after they realize you're a cool guy but making a good first impression never hurts, especially in the /r/Seduction scenarios you'll find yourself in, like trying to get a girl in under ten minutes or when ther…

First step. Do you have anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or any other mental ailment that sets you apart from the average man? Find out. Google some tests to see if you have depression or not. If you have one, this is not the place for you and you should seek professional health as mental illnesses are quite serious and will not work well in conjunction with some material here. But assuming you're okay and mentally stable, you need confidence. Hard, unshakeable confidence. This is difficul…

I've heard it's easy in Russia. There's a video of a guy touching 1,000 pairs of boobs (that's a total of 2,000 boobs!) in a few days. He just asked. Most said yes.

Excellent #-close on that old man. THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD TALK TO EVERYONE! You never know who you'll meet, and maybe you'll get lucky, and some old dude at a bar will help you start a career.
/r/seduction16/08/12 10:21 AM

You can lean towards her. The rule itself is only effective in specific situations. If you're in an incredibly loud setting and she's telling you a story, you can lean in a little. But if she's telling you to do something and you lean in, it's almost like you're bowing towards her. These are just examples but don't be afraid to lean in to hear her. If you're doing things right, this won't affect your game.
/r/seduction13/08/12 10:51 AM
1

Just change the topic. Or tell her to stop talking about her ex. In order to be a strong individual, you must be able to speak your mind without fear of repercussions. That doesn't mean you shout whatever bullshit you think of - there are times and places for certain things to be said - but don't be afraid of reminding her you don't care about her exes.

Yeah, yeah, I know the whole "be alpha" thing. I've read and applied this stuff for several months. But there are little mind hacks you can use. Example - mimicking her body posture, in a subtle way, can make her see you as more affectionate.
/r/seduction30/07/12 06:43 PM
1

Where are some good places to learn how to be indirect? From what I've gathered, it's just being alpha, etc., but is there anything other than being direct that I should know? I assume light kino, DHVs, banter, and overall being a cool alpha guy is mostly what's necessary. But the overall question is are there any tricks to this?

Ultimately, both are useless without confidence. I'm certain using mainly kino and confidence you can be a "strong but silent" type and get laid a ton. On the other end, you can be a great conversationalist and be incredibly confident and women will want to fuck you, even if you haven't touched them. They're likely stylistic choices, and whether you're more kino oriented or conversation oriented is simply a preference.
/r/seduction23/07/12 07:34 AM

Kino never was a major fear to me. I was always kind of a touchy-feely person. What scared me was talking to strangers. I spent months thinking there had to be some magic opener I could use, some creative, witty, unique line that instantly would set the mood. My approach anxiety held me off from just saying "hey" for a looooong time. I was still shaking off remnants of my AFC past, despite knowing the techniques.
/r/seduction23/07/12 03:01 AM
1

Interesting perspective that I hadn't considered. Do you just say "hey" to her? It seems a bit different because she has to take out the earphones and ask you to repeat yourself.
/r/seduction23/07/12 02:21 AM
-3

Don't approach her if she's got headphones on or is reading. Some here might disagree but you don't have to go after even woman you want. You can. But if you, like me, aren't completely comfortable talking to every single person you see, you don't have to approach. Books/iPods are my general "do not approach" signals. Plus, if you're reading/listening to music, do you really want to be approached by some random person? Not really.
/r/seduction23/07/12 01:36 AM
13

I would argue this is more valuable than kino. If you only knew this, you could have a conversation. You might not be able to escalate it, but whatever, at least it was an interesting talk. If you only know kino, you're fumbling with words while touching her.
/r/seduction23/07/12 01:01 AM

this cruise is an excellent opportunity. OP, you're going to be bad during your first time. Just accept that. but because you're on a cruise, you won't have to see the girls ever again (unless you get one pregnant - don't). So there's little risk.
/r/seduction07/07/12 07:36 AM

OP is definitely not ugly, but I don't think you should've posted his pic without permission.
/r/seduction07/07/12 07:33 AM

Well, you can still leave better than OP did. Might not seem like a big deal but OP's confidence was ruined after that. Of course, if he was more outcome independent, it wouldn't have been a problem, but why not end it a little more lightheartedly? Instead of slinking off, I think OP should've done what onederpatatime suggested and tried to bring a beta out of his comfort zone. The beta could have a few reactions. He could want to fight, in which case OP could sidestep it, act like he was just k…

Introversion is not the same as approach anxiety. By taking baby steps (i.e. reading the side bar) and practicing and putting yourself outside of your comfort zone, anyone can become extraverted. An introvert can become more social and adapt better to new environments however it's not something you overcome and it's not a disability either. I would have called myself an introvert before I discovered gaming, but now my friends marvel at my ability to "turn on the charm like a lightswitch". Then I…

Nice job displaying your ignorance. Being an introvert is a real thing, whether you want to believe in it or not. Yeah, I know you can be a social introvert. I am one. We do not need to get rid of any labels. What we need to get rid of is people who use these labels as an excuse to never approach.
/r/seduction04/06/12 08:29 PM
1

Regardless, extroverts will be more prone to conversation. As an introvert, I always consider if talking to the girl is worth the social interaction. How badly do I want her. This leads to me approaching less women but being as satisfied as anyone else.
/r/seduction04/06/12 07:34 AM
6

I still approach and am comfortable doing so (wouldn't consider myself different from the average sedditor in that aspect of seduction) but I would still classify myself as an introvert. I like women and I also like being alone. The only hesitation I have before approaching a woman is I think - do I really want this? It's not about if I think I'd mess up or whatever. I only hesitate because is she worth social interaction? Usually yes, but sometimes I think she's not worth the effort. So I guess…

Other subreddits (sup 2x, SRS, almost everyone else) are going to hate us for this, but yeah, I think lying works best here. No victim, really.

Nah, I think ComplainyGuy did the best option. If he messed up, then she'd think he's bad at sex. But because he told her he's rusty because he's been busy, it has two purposes. The first part of this white lie is that it's an DOV (demonstation of value - not sure if this is an actual term). Women typically like a driven man. He's been hard at work pursuing a goal. Secondly, any shortcomings (lol) will be covered by the fact that he's been so busy.
/r/seduction02/06/12 05:47 PM
2

If you have fun while talking to them, even if it doesn't work out and you don't have sex, you still had a good time. Some people think seduction is simply a means to get sex, but that's the wrong mindset to have.

/r/seduction27/05/12 10:06 PM

I was visually uncomfortable while reading that. Seriously, he worried so much about normal things and saw those as creepy (he said "my pleasure" and then freaked out about it) and then did some weird shit without even blinking an eye ("must resist urge to take a picture of this stranger sleeping because she's female redditor"). I think this guy may have lowered the sales of Women's Reddit Tees.

If you say, "I'm looking for shoes," and give no further details, desert boots will probably be a response because they are seen as a stylish, casual shoe style. If you say, "I'm looking for a pair of plimsolls," anyone who recommends desert boots will look like a dumbass and will be heavily downvoted.

/r/malefashionadvice is there for you if you ever have any questions like that. As for your one above, I'd say they're pretty good (though I'm not the female OP). Definitely inoffensive. With shoes, it's hard to go wrong - only Crocs and other bizarre shoes look that bad. That said, I would probably change the laces on these. More contrast so they don't look so much like slippers.

When you are drunk you are saying and doing things you want to say or do. Have the confidence to say and do those things when you are sober. I've thought about this a lot and it's not necessarily true. Getting drunk removes your inhibitions, but doesn't always reflect what you want. If you don't express your desires often, then it will likely reveal what you want to say or do. But if you're an average, confident guy, this could mean you just turn into a douche because you feel like you can say a…

This won't be a circlejerk because we constantly educate each other as well as come up with new attraction tactics. It's different. /r/atheism is a circlejerk because you can't discuss atheism for too long without making the same points over and over. Atheism doesn't change. But seduction, like society, is always changing and adapting.

No, not fuck the ignorant. They're ignorant, not evil - they don't know what they're doing wrong and it is so ingrained into their heads that anything resembling "assholes" - their sworn enemies - is an instant red flag for them. We have tactics for attracting women; we aren't up front about our emotions 100% of the time - things like this go against their beliefs. They know they're failing, but they don't really know why. While we're on the topic of liking, don't be the guy who likes everything (or a lot of things). Your likes should be an occasion, not an expectation. I'm still uncertain of just assuming attraction because I'm still friends with her and we have a lot of mutual friends. I think ThrowawayPUA covered it pretty well. Kino escalation. Putting your hand on her hip isn't too drastic, but maybe she likes to take things slow or wasn't expecting you to do anything. This was mostly bad luck, although you didn't react in the best way you could (I don't blame you).

well... you could introduce them to /r/seduction In the end though, they have to really want happiness. You can't expect happiness to just show up for you; you need to grab that motherfucker and make it stay.

"Hey, hold my car keys, wallet, and birth certificate." But in seriousness, pomjuice (OP) should have made a move right after she said "you look great". Strike while the iron is still hot. Sounds better than letting her leave with your glasses.

Nice comeback. Proud of you for passing that test.

Don't bring up anything negative at all. AT ALL! Be only positive; she'll remember you by that. There's a ton of sad things out there so she'll want to go back to things that make her happy - be something that makes her happy. I'd say keep conversation going to the best you can - stay happy with jokes and stuff. If the conversation slows, have at least five backup stories you can tell. Maybe get your friend to laugh and go along with them. If they include that friend, all the better. But best of…

This first girl, let's call her A1, was the first girl I really had true feelings for. I think you like steak sauce a lot more than I do. Kidding, though. My advice is to try and forget about her and A2. It can be hard, but there are girls who will do that. They act interested out of loneliness and perhaps a desire to meet society's standards (oh, I have a boyfriend, I'm not ugly). Then when she finds somebody she's really interested in, she drops the first guy immediately. Hurts. I'd say it's p…

A big part of being good at seduction is NETWORKING. If you could everything from this subreddit, it would be these two words. CONFIDENCE and NETWORKING. Confidence for getting out there and approaching without fear, acting without restraint, and just being in control. Networking because you never know what can help you later on. You should've gone as friends. Who knows, maybe she'd be more interested later on? Maybe she's a fun person to get to know, even if it's not a sexual relationship. Mayb…

Have some class. Don't get absolutely wasted in front of a pretty lady, especially if she is more wholesome. Plus, wait a day. If you text the next day you might seem needy. So tomorrow night, after the hangover passes, you can go out with her.

I think there are doctors for that type of thing.

If anything, you should undertext. Flirtation is most effective when using many different senses. If you're texting, she can't smell you, she can't hear the smoothness of your voice, she can't see your smile, etc. You're restricted to tiny little letters on a phone. It's dangerous. Very few people can make progress inside the actual texting. Not worth the risk.

I typically don't hit on either of these two. I'm not a necrophiliac and most psychics are into some pretty freaky shit...

I'm pretty slim but I think I'm gonna go work out, just a little bit.
