| 1 | askTRP Megathread December 13Yeah for sure the end goal is to be lean but this is what im thinking. Im already kind of fat anyways( not like completely overweight i can see the first 2 abs and the 4 under very good lighting) I might aswell keep going until I can bench like 250lbs which I can probably get before the school year ends. Then after I get that I can do one big cut and still have enough muscle to not look small while being lean. | /r/TheRedPill | 14/12/17 02:48 AM |
| 1 | askTRP Megathread December 13Saw advice on here last year that talked about how important it is to lift and I started to lift on a small bulk even though i was skinnyfat. Went from 5'6 149lbs 17-18% ish bodyfat to 171lbs with about 21%. My lifts went up a lot but I still am hesitant to cut even though my face is prob at its worst its ever been and ive definitely built some very noticable muscle mass. Even then , I feel like I am too weak to look like I lift in a shirt once im leaner. My lifts are at 5'6 170lbs are: 230lbs B… | /r/TheRedPill | 13/12/17 08:17 PM |

| 1 | How much could I improve physically if I cut right now?But dont you think that I would look too small at 5'6 if I cut now? Most muscular and lean guys can atleast bench 2 plates for reps. | /r/askTRP | 28/11/17 01:41 AM |
| 1 | How much could I improve physically if I cut right now?i dont think recomping works for me. I tried it out in the summer and barely made any gains. Wasted so much time that I could have spent either gaining muscle or losing fat. I think not everyones genetics let them build muscle and lose fat at maintenance calories. | /r/askTRP | 28/11/17 01:39 AM |
