It should be based on what they've been convicted of doing, which is objective, rather than an "expert" opinion on what they're likely to do. The real problem is that Derick Meggison is not a "sex offender" by any stretch of the imagination. All he did was grab his junk and say something lewd to some women. Generally speaking, females do not "rape" males ever. A woman can "molest" an underage male, but she cannot "rape" him, per se. She hasn't got the anatomical means to do so. I agree with you. Male Rights or Men's Rights shouldn't be focused on making women just as miserable as men, but rather on negotiating a better deal for men and males. My most immediate concern is to address the damage she's done by correcting the public record by protesting my innocence immediately and in a way she can't ignore. This will force her hand. If she tries to be defiant, her offense will be more punishable. She must accommodate me when enough pressure is on her.
